Katarzyna Kolodziejczyk has professional experience as a lawyer in law offices and corporate legal departments, where she focused on contract preparation and legal opinions. She has also worked in the Capital Funds and Repayable Instruments Department at the National Centre for Research and Development and in venture capital and private equity. Her areas of interest include technology law, intellectual property law, and related rights in media and marketing.

CFO at Cogito overseeing the fund's financial operations and reporting. Previously worked at private equity firm Innova Capital and audit/tax advisory firm PKF Consult, and holds an MA in Finance and Accounting from Lodz University.
