Manan Anand is the founder and Chief FragHead at Oud Theory. Previously, he worked as an Investment Associate at growX ventures, focusing on early-stage investments in DeepTech and EnterpriseTech with experience in deal sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio management. His background includes roles in investment management and strategic advisory at TreeForest Capital, KPMG, and YES Bank.

Manpreet Singh is an interim Chief Technology Officer at ellioCX and founder of Ralden Leadership Advisory. With over 30 years of experience in global leadership roles, including Group CTO and India CEO positions, he advises senior executives, founders, and boards on technology transformation, cyber resilience, and organizational change. Singh also works with growX ventures to support deeptech startups in scaling operations.

Sahil Kumrah is Vice President at growX ventures, where he focuses on seed-stage investment activities. He previously worked as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG for over six years, advising clients across multiple industries on taxation, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Kumrah holds an MBA from Masters' Union, where he also gained investment experience through the Masters' Union Investment Fund.

Siddharth Dhondiyal is a Venture Partner at growX ventures and an independent member of its investment committee. He previously served as Managing Director of Investments at Truenorth, a India-focused buyout firm managing approximately $3 billion in assets, where he spent 11 years investing across healthcare, education, consumer, and IT/ITES sectors. His investment experience includes positions in SFO Technologies, Aster Healthcare, Robo Silicon, Born Group, Trivitron, Manipal Hospitals, and Cloudnine.
