Markus Hoefinger is a partner at 3TS Capital Partners focused on growth investments in European technology companies. He co-founded Austria's first internet agency in 1993 and previously served as managing director at Accenture in Austria, where he led the marketing and agency business for Accenture Song with a team of over 150 employees until July 2025. He sold his agency PXP/X to Accenture in 2019.

Sever Totia is a Partner at 3TS Capital Partners, where he leads portfolio company operations, new investments, and US expansion across enterprise software segments including mobility, systems management, security, and on-demand applications. Previously, he was a Partner at Edison Partners, where he led fifteen financings and served on eight company boards, and earlier worked at Lazard Technology Partners co-leading venture investments in enterprise software companies. Prior to venture capital, Totia held product management and operating roles at Primark, an equity-research software company that went public before being acquired by Thomson Financial, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Markus Fleischer is an Investment Director at 3TS Capital Partners, a European technology-focused private equity and venture capital firm. He manages deal flow, pipeline activities, and investments across the DACH region for the firm, which provides growth equity to Series A+ through growth-stage technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe, the DACH region, and the Nordic countries. 3TS's investors include the European Investment Fund, Erste Group, Cisco, the EBRD, AWS, and KfW, among others, and its portfolio companies have included LogMeIn, Perfect Gym, Tresorit, and SALESmanago.

Lorena Scheusan is an Investment Manager at Catalyst Romania focused on venture capital and technology startups. She has held previous positions as a Product Strategy Analyst and in infrastructure research, investment content creation, and M&A advisory. Her background encompasses data analysis, business strategy, and strategic communications.

Simon Becica is an Operations Director at 3TS Capital Partners and environmental fund co-founder with 15 years of private equity experience across growth capital, infrastructure, and sustainability investments. He has invested in and managed portfolio companies through expansion and exit stages in Central and Eastern Europe, and has executed over €2 billion in M&A transactions and investment projects across the region while managing sovereign wealth fund allocations in energy, media, infrastructure, mining, and technology. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and J. Mack Robinson College of Business, and is a CFA charterholder.

Andreas Huber is a Vice President at Inovia Capital, where he leads investments in AI, SaaS, and fintech companies from Series B through pre-IPO and works with executive teams on strategic priorities. He previously held a role in Global Sales Strategy & Operations at Salesforce, covering territory design, pipeline optimization, organizational strategy, and revenue growth. He has more than ten years of experience across technology, strategy, and growth.
