Martín Aspillaga is CEO and co-founder of Salkantay Ventures, an impact investment asset manager focused on the Pacific Alliance with offices in Lima, San Francisco, and New York. He has held executive roles at Salkantay and Enfoca managing alternative investment portfolios, and previously worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company. Aspillaga serves on various boards and as a mentor and instructor for professional organizations, and is recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Alessandra Cisneros is a Senior Investment Analyst at Salkantay Ventures. She holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from Universidad del Pacífico and the London School of Economics, with professional interests in venture capital, business consulting, and private equity.

Christina Bechhold is EVP and Head of Corporate Development at Truist, where she oversees mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, enterprise partnerships, and the bank's venture arm, as well as innovation strategies in digital assets and AI. She is co-founder of Empire Angels, a New York-based angel network investing in early-stage startups. Her previous experience includes roles as director of European investments for Samsung NEXT and capital markets analyst at Citigroup, and she serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards.

Diego Serebrisky is co-founder and managing partner of Dalus Capital, a Mexico-based venture capital fund focused on early-stage Latin American startups across fintech, edtech, healthtech, hrtech, climate innovation, business productivity, and digital consumer sectors. Previously, he served as managing director at Advent International, where he sat on the Latam Investment Committee and established the firm's Colombian office, and as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. He holds a computer engineering degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Laura Maydon is Founder and Partner at Ascendo Venture Capital, a Miami-based firm investing in entrepreneurs from underrepresented segments across fintech, healthtech, edtech, and enterprise software. Previously, she founded Endeavor Miami, where she built a portfolio of 23 companies that generated over $250 million in revenue and achieved multiple exits. Maydon holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, serves on the board of International Money Express (NASDAQ: IMXI), and has held leadership roles at Visa with expertise in fintech, M&A, and private equity.

Patrick McGinnis is a board director, executive coach, and author with over 25 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and governance. He serves on the boards of ibex and TRG Pakistan, and is an investment committee member at Salkantay Ventures. McGinnis coined the terms FOMO and FOBO, authored The 10% Entrepreneur and Fear of Missing Out, hosts the FOMO Sapiens podcast, and holds a degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Will Poole co-founded one of India's first seed impact funds and a global accelerator for impact fund managers, and leads an internal GenAI team prototyping farmer chatbots and teacher co-pilots.

Bruno Oyague is the founder of AdoptAI Lat, which implements AI and software solutions for mid-size and enterprise companies in Latin America to address sales and operations bottlenecks during growth phases. The company has completed over eight projects, with implementation timelines of approximately six weeks. Oyague has held roles in engineering, research, investment, supply chain management, and operations prior to founding AdoptAI.

Samir Ali-Darwish is Head of Partner Success at Propio and holds an MBA from NYU Stern. He previously worked in venture capital before transitioning to an operating role, and focuses on developing partnerships with bilingual accounting firms that serve Latino-owned small businesses.
