Johan Skagerlind joined Bonnier in 2016 within the Corporate Development and M&A team. He previously worked in Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, and Group M&A. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology and a BSc in Economics from Linköping University.

Jonas von Hedenberg was part of the founding team of Bonnier Capital in 2013, where he focuses on media and music investments. He previously worked as an entrepreneur and held several executive roles at larger media groups. He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm University.

Sofia Hasselberg joined Bonnier Capital in 2022 and focuses on healthcare investments. Her prior experience includes work as a practicing physician, a management consultant in healthcare, a pharmaceutical executive, and a startup founder. She holds an MD/MSc in Medicine from Uppsala University and serves as an independent board representative for several healthcare companies.

Victor Bodin joined Bonnier's investment arm in 2015 and focuses on investments in marketplaces, commerce, SaaS, and proptech businesses. He previously worked with startups, growth companies, and in investment banking. He holds an MSc in Management from ESADE Business School and a BSc in Business and Economics from Gothenburg University.

Elin Bäckman is an Investment Manager who joined Bonnier Capital in 2022, focusing on healthcare and technology investments. She previously worked in private equity, corporate development, M&A advisory, and corporate finance. She holds an MSc in Applied Economics & Finance from Copenhagen Business School and an MSc in Business & Economics from Lund University.

Angela Langemar Olsson has served as CFO of the Bonnier Group and adviser to Bonnier Capital since 2022. She previously spent over 20 years at the investment company Nordstjernan, where she held roles including Group CFO and Investment Director. She currently sits on the boards of NCC and Adlibris.

Charbel Altunkaynak joined Bonnier Capital in 2021 as Legal Counsel. He supports the investment team on the negotiation and execution of investments, divestments, and acquisitions, and advises on general corporate matters and day-to-day work related to the portfolio companies.

Isac Billing joined Bonnier Capital in 2025 as an Investment Intern and moved into the Investment Analyst role in 2026. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Intern at Lincoln International, where he covered Healthcare and Business Services. He earned a BSc in Business & Economics from Lund University and an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Jakob Tolleryd is an entrepreneur who has founded, built, and sold several tech companies, and has invested privately in tech for around 15 years. He previously served as a general partner at Verdane Capital and currently works as an Affiliate Partner there. He has advised Bonnier Capital since 2018 and sits on the boards of Bookbeat, Euroflorist, and Desenio.

Matilda Blomqvist joined Bonnier Capital in 2022, where she works on media and music investments. She previously held a business development and strategy role at a scale-up technology company. She holds an MSc in Business Management and a BSc in Retail Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, along with MSc exchange studies in marketing at Sciences Po.

Nadja Abbas joined Bonnier Capital in 2021 and works on investments in SaaS, commerce, and proptech companies. She previously worked in investment banking and capital markets and has a background as a musician. She holds an MSc in Accounting & Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics, completed exchange studies in Marketing Management at EDHEC Business School, and earned a BSc in Music from the Academy of Music and Opera at Mälardalen University.

Philip Kristoffersson joined Bonnier Capital in 2025. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Stifel Financial Corp., focusing on technology M&A advisory and cross-border transactions. He holds a BSc in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Sophia Bendz has advised Bonnier Capital since 2019. She previously served as Spotify's Global Marketing Director during its growth from a Swedish startup to an international company, and was a Partner at Atomico. She is currently a Partner at Cherry Ventures and an active angel investor with more than 40 investments of her own.
