Michael Bühlmann is founder and CEO of Rose Tree Group and Rose Tree Financial Services, and serves as chairman of Northern Europe at PVBLIC Foundation. His career spans venture capital and private equity, with roles including managing partner at IDC and co-founder of IDC Ventures, as well as executive positions in building materials, hospitality, and industrial sectors across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. His background includes corporate strategy, M&A, and organizational change work, with experience in Denmark, Guatemala, and multiple international markets.

Jeffy Joseph is a Principal at A.GAIN Capital, where he sources and evaluates investments across the US, Europe, and Latin America. He also serves as CFO at NovoPayment, a payments infrastructure company operating in multiple countries. Previously, he worked at Boston Consulting Group and Wells Fargo on growth strategy, acquisition diligence, and capital markets.

Alejandra Godoy is Managing Partner and COO at A.GAIN, a global venture capital and private equity platform managing $1 billion in assets and investing in technology and sports & entertainment across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Her career spans operations roles at major hospitality companies and Disney, founding a natural food brand based on family recipes, and co-founding A.GAIN in 2019, where she has progressed from Chief of Staff to COO overseeing operations, fundraising, investor relations, talent, and international expansion. She holds a AIFM license and focuses on building operational systems, teams, and long-term partnerships with family offices and institutional investors.

Bobby Aitkenhead is Managing Director, CEO, and Co-founder of A.GAIN, which he established in 2019. His background includes co-founding BlueKite through its acquisition by Xoom and subsequent NASDAQ listing, four years at PayPal following its acquisition of Xoom, and roles at Citibank, Fortis Bank, and KPMG. He holds dual degrees in Finance and Economics from SMU and has served on over 20 boards while participating in more than 150 venture capital transactions.

Augusto Zelaya Méndez serves as General Manager of LATAM Markets at Ding. With over nine years of commercial and go-to-market experience in AI and financial services, he has launched products, built cross-functional teams, and closed multi-million dollar deals across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

Søren Thorsen is an Investment Director at Ree Office with extensive experience in venture capital, direct investments, and portfolio management. His background includes work in business strategy development, deal sourcing, due diligence, and value creation across growth companies, with particular focus on fintech, marketplaces, and platforms. He has served on multiple boards and brings operational expertise in business development, valuation modeling, and fundraising.
