Stephanie is a Vice President at Alate Partners, where she works across deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management. Before Alate, she was at CPP Investments, working in the Real Estate group on a technology platform for the fund's global real estate portfolio and spending three years in the Valuations group across all asset classes. She holds an Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an Honors Specialization in Urban Development from Western University.

Courtney Cooper is a Partner at Alate Partners, where she focuses on proptech investments. She is also involved with myVentures.

Chris Couprie is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at CI Global Asset Management with experience across public and private capital markets in buy-side, sell-side, and operating roles. His investment focus centers on real estate securities, complemented by generalist sector experience including financials, health care, mining, telecom, and consumer industries.

Jay Jiang works on value creation, capital markets, and strategic investments across the Dream group of companies, and has participated in over $10 billion of transactions in North America and Europe, including the sale of Dream Global REIT to Blackstone and international expansions for Dream Industrial REIT. Earlier he was an equity research analyst covering Canadian real estate at BMO Capital Markets and a manager in Ernst & Young's financial services assurance and advisory group. He holds Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management degrees from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant.

John Albright is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Relay Ventures, with over two decades of experience in venture capital and private equity supporting entrepreneurs from seed financing through IPO and M&A. He advises company management on hiring, governance, and scaling. He holds the CFA designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.

Michael Cooper has worked in the real estate industry since 1986 and co-founded Dream Asset Management Corp (DAM) in 1996, where he serves as President and Chief Responsible Officer, overseeing roughly $10 billion in commercial real estate, residential development, and renewable energy infrastructure assets. He led the formation of three TSX-listed real estate investment trusts—Dream Office REIT, Dream Global REIT, and Dream Industrial REIT—as well as Dream Alternatives. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from York University.

Rachel Hay-Ching Yuen leads Proptech Collective, a Canadian non-profit association with chapters in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver. At Alate Partners, an early-stage proptech venture capital fund, she manages portfolio support, investor relations, community development, and operational functions, drawing on prior experience at a pre-seed proptech startup.

Stuart Lombard founded ecobee, which was acquired for $770 million, and brings 30 years of experience in venture capital, early-stage company building, and Fortune 500 operations. He currently serves on the Airbel Advisory Board at the International Rescue Committee.

Theresa Warnaar is Senior Vice President of Retail & Asset Resilience at KingSett Capital, where she oversees operational strategic planning and analysis for retail assets. Her experience includes gap analysis, business process implementation, and shopping center asset management across Canada, Germany, and Spain, with emphasis on integrated reporting systems across Canadian and international platforms.
