Jesper Brodin is Senior Advisor of the IKEA Foundation and the former President and CEO of Ingka Group, IKEA. He joined IKEA in 1995 as Purchase Manager in Pakistan and later held roles including assistant to Ingvar Kamprad and CEO Anders Dahlvig, Business Area Manager for Kitchen and Dining, and Managing Director for Range & Supply at Inter IKEA Group. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Yaniv Tepper is Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Angeleno Group, where he leads investments and serves on the boards of several portfolio companies. Before founding the firm in 2001, he managed $2 billion in private and public equities and structured securities for institutional and mutual fund clients at Aetna (now ING Investment Management), and earlier held engineering R&D roles at Bechtel and MIT's Advanced Materials Lab. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and two master's degrees from MIT, in Civil & Environmental Engineering and in management.

Anil Tammineedi is a Partner at Angeleno Group, where he leads investments in areas such as energy storage, circular economy/waste, smart grid, industrial energy efficiency, digital manufacturing, and sustainable mobility. He previously held product development and management roles at Broadcom working on semiconductors for communications, mobile, and power management, and is named as an inventor on multiple patents. His earlier investing experience was at Applied Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Applied Materials. He holds an MS from Iowa State University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson, serves as a Senior Faculty Advisor to its Entrepreneurship program, and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Danny Jaffe is a Partner at Angeleno Group, where he helps lead investment activities across renewable power, critical infrastructure, sustainable inputs, digital manufacturing, and smart cities. He has over 20 years of investment experience in private and public companies. Before joining Angeleno Group in 2007, he worked as an Analyst at Leviticus Partners and earlier at Bay City Capital, a life sciences venture firm. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, with a minor in Environmental Economics and Policy.

Michelle Kincanon is a Partner at Angeleno Group, where she works on the firm's Responsible and Sustainable Investing Program, ESG initiatives, and financial operations. Before joining in 2011, she was Controller at Mayfield Fund and previously managed investment partnerships at Bingham McCutchen. She holds a BS in Management Science from UC San Diego and an MBA from UC Irvine, along with a California CPA designation.

Ertharin Cousin has over 30 years of experience across corporate, government, and non-profit leadership. She served as US Ambassador to the UN Agencies for Food and Agriculture beginning in 2009 and led the United Nations World Food Program as its Executive Director from 2009 to 2017, and previously worked as Executive Vice President and COO of America's Second Harvest (now Feeding America). She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Georgia Law School, and has been a member of Angeleno Group's Board of Advisors since 2020.

Anand Talreja is the CCO and SVP of Finance and Operations at Angeleno Group, which he joined in 2024. He previously served as Controller at Centre Partners Management LLC, a middle-market private equity firm, overseeing finance, compliance, and operations for its PE funds, and began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young working with private equity real estate funds and REITs. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Mysore, India, and an MS in Accounting from Governors State University.

Annabelle Brainerd is an Analyst at Angeleno Group, which she joined in 2025 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Brown University. She previously interned in private equity at Ara Partners, an industrial decarbonization firm, where she researched carbon markets, and held research roles at Harvard University's Whitesides Research Group and Nano Terra Research Lab.

Charles Bayless previously served as Chairman, President and CEO of Illinova Corporation, which he merged with Dynegy Inc. in 2000 to form a global energy company, and earlier held the same roles at Unisource Energy from 1992 to 1998. He has held board positions at several energy and energy-related technology organizations, including Edison Electric Institute, Trigen Energy Corporation, EPRI, and the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority. He has been a member of Angeleno Group's Board of Advisors since 2002.

Charlie Rogers is a Senior Analyst at Angeleno Group, joining the firm in 2026. He previously worked with the CEO of geothermal heating and cooling startup Bedrock Energy across sales, strategic operations, and communications, and before that was an Associate at Boston Consulting Group in its Energy, Industrial Goods, and Private Equity practices. He holds a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Sustainable Energy from Princeton University.

Chuck Watson is Chairman and co-founder of Twin Eagle Resource Management, a Houston energy marketer dealing in natural gas, coal and electric power. He previously co-founded and chaired Eagle Energy Partners and was Chairman and CEO of Dynegy Inc., which grew from NGC Corp., a company he established in 1985 after starting his career at Conoco. He has served on Angeleno Group's Board of Advisors since 2005.

David Russ is an institutional investment and endowment manager with more than 30 years of experience across foundations, endowments, corporate and public pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices. He previously worked in Stanford's Office of the Treasurer and helped establish the Stanford Management Company, served as Treasurer of the Regents of the University of California and Vice President (effectively CIO), and became the first CIO of Dartmouth College. He holds a BA in Genetics from UC Berkeley and an MA from the Graduate School of Management at UC Davis, and is a member of the CFA Institute. He has worked with Angeleno Group since 2021.

Dominic Drenen was CEO of Click Energy Group, an Angeleno Group portfolio company, from 2013 to 2019, during which the customer base grew from 37,000 to 205,000; he oversaw Angeleno's exit from Click when it was acquired by amaysim in 2017. He has over 25 years of experience in the Australian energy industry, including 17 years at Origin, where his final role was Head of Solar and Home Products, and earlier roles at Boral Energy and the Hydro Electric Commission in Tasmania. He is a graduate of Melbourne University and has worked with Angeleno Group since 2013.

Dr. David Brand founded New Forests, a former Angeleno Group portfolio company, where he served as Executive Chair and CEO, and works in sustainable forestry and nature-based climate solutions investing with more than 40 years of experience across forestry investment, forest management, science, and public policy. He was the inaugural Chair of the International Sustainable Forestry Coalition and is Managing Director of Arborcrest Investments, a company he founded. He holds a PhD in Forestry from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Toronto, and has worked with Angeleno Group for over 15 years.

Ernest J. Moniz served as the thirteenth US Secretary of Energy from 2013 to January 2017, where he worked on energy technology innovation, nuclear security, and the Iran nuclear agreement. He joined the MIT faculty in 1973, founded the MIT Energy Initiative, and holds the Cecil and Ida Green Professorship of Physics and Engineering Systems (emeritus). He is co-chairman and CEO of the Nuclear Threat Initiative and CEO of the Energy Futures Initiative, holding a BS in physics from Boston College and a PhD in theoretical physics from Stanford University.

Frances Arnold is the Linus Pauling Professor of Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering and Biochemistry at Caltech and co-Chair of the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. She won the 2018 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, holds co-inventor status on more than 60 patents, and co-founded three companies in sustainable energy, chemicals, and agriculture. She was inducted into the US Inventors Hall of Fame in 2014.

Laura D. Tyson is a Distinguished Professor of the Graduate School and Faculty Director of the Institute for Business & Social Impact at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, where she has also served as Dean and, briefly, Interim Dean; she previously served as Dean of London Business School. In government, she chaired the Council of Economic Advisers and directed the National Economic Council during the Clinton Administration, and later advised on economic panels under President Obama. She has served on Angeleno Group's Board of Advisors since 2019.

Frank G. Zarb is a senior advisor to Angeleno Group and Promontory Financial Group, LLC, and previously served as an Executive in Residence at Columbia University Business School. From 1997 to 2001 he was chairman and CEO of the National Association of Securities Dealers and the Nasdaq Stock Market, and he later served as non-executive chairman of American International Group from 2005 to 2006; his earlier roles included leadership positions at Alexander & Alexander Services Inc., The Travelers Inc., Smith Barney, Lazard Frères & Co., and Goodbody & Co. Zarb held posts across the Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush, and Clinton administrations, including administrator of the Federal Energy Administration and assistant to the president for Energy Affairs, and he has served as a director on 13 public company boards.

Peter Pace served as the sixteenth Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (2005-2007) and earlier as Vice Chairman (2001-2005), the first Marine in either role, after more than 40 years of active service in the US Marine Corps. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2008 and has taught as an adjunct faculty member and visiting professor at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Fordham University, and Georgetown University. He has been a member of Angeleno Group's Board of Advisors since 2017 and sits on the boards of companies in management consulting, private equity, and cybersecurity.

Janet Napolitano is a Professor of Public Policy at UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy and previously served as the twentieth president of the University of California, where she launched the Carbon Neutrality Initiative. She served as US Secretary of Homeland Security from 2009 to 2013 and earlier was Governor and Attorney General of Arizona and US Attorney for the District of Arizona. She holds a BS in Political Science from Santa Clara University and a JD from the University of Virginia, and has been on Angeleno Group's Board of Advisors since 2020.

Katy Wilner is an Investor Relations & Marketing Analyst at Angeleno Group, which she joined in 2026. She previously worked as a Project Manager on Third Bridge's private equity team, supporting investment research and due diligence across energy, industrials, technology, and infrastructure, and earlier as an Associate in financial public relations at Confluence Partners. She holds a BA in English with a concentration in Economics and Business from Johns Hopkins University and an MSc in Global Media and Communications from the London School of Economics.

Lee Thomas has been a member of Angeleno Group's Board of Advisors since 2015. He was Chairman and CEO of forest products company Rayonier from 2007 to 2012, and previously spent 13 years at Georgia-Pacific, becoming President and COO in 2002; earlier he led Law Environmental Group as CEO from 1989 to 1993. Before his business career he spent 21 years in government, including serving as Administrator of the EPA from 1985 to 1989 during the Reagan administration.

Lord John Browne joined British Petroleum (BP) in 1966, joined its Board of Directors in 1991, and served as Group Chief Executive from 1995 to 2007. He was a Partner of Riverstone Holdings from 2007 to 2015 and has held roles including Chairman of L1 Energy (UK) and co-Chairman of Wintershall Dea, plus prior non-executive directorships at Goldman Sachs, Intel, and SmithKline Beecham. A Fellow and former President of the Royal Academy of Engineering, he has authored several books and joined the Angeleno Group Board of Advisors in 2016.

Mark Henderson is an Operating Partner at Angeleno Group and previously served as CEO of Kinematics, LLC, an Angeleno Group portfolio company. He has more than 25 years of experience building technology product companies in telecommunications, RF technologies, and solar power, spanning sales, marketing, design and manufacturing, business development, and M&A across startups and public companies. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Nicole Hagen is a Senior Associate at Angeleno Group, which she joined in 2022. She previously worked on J.P. Morgan's Technology & Disruptive Commerce team, advising high-growth companies on finance and capital formation, and held earlier roles with the Colorado Department of Environmental Health and Sustainability and the Impact Finance Center. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Sustainability, Society, and Business from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Andrew Steer is an economist focused on sustainable development and climate finance, with experience spanning government, multilateral institutions, philanthropy, and the private sector. He was the founding President and CEO of the Bezos Earth Fund and previously served as President and CEO of the World Resources Institute, the World Bank's Special Envoy for Climate Change, and Director General of the UK Department for International Development. He currently holds academic positions at Georgetown University and the London School of Economics.

Terry Tamminen serves as a Senior Advisor to Angeleno Group, a role he has held since 2019, with background spanning business, farming, nonprofits, the environment, and government. He previously served as Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency and later Cabinet Secretary and Chief Policy Advisor under Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, helped shape California's Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006, and co-founded R20 Regions of Climate Action in 2010. He was CEO of the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation from 2016 to 2019, advises the Green Climate Fund and various governments on sustainability, and is the author of Cracking the Carbon Code.

Thomas Zarrella works in business consulting for existing and emerging companies and has been affiliated with Angeleno Group since 2006. He was President and CEO of the energy storage startup SustainX (2010–2015) and previously held leadership roles at GT Solar International, joining as President and COO before becoming CEO in 2006 and overseeing its 2008 IPO. Earlier he led US manufacturing operations for Schott Solar AG and held operations and management roles at Instron Corporation, Revere Corporation, Sprague Meter (Textron), and Sikorsky Aircraft. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Bridgeport.

William Miller is a Senior Advisor at Angeleno Group with over 25 years of experience in the investment industry, spanning private company investing, institutional and high net worth account management, and hedge funds. Before joining the firm in 2009, he served as CFO of MuniMac Management Group and Themis Asset Strategies, COO of Transamerica Investment Management, and CFO for Kayne Anderson's investment companies, following earlier roles at the Pilgrim Group and Price Waterhouse. He holds a BS in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, and is an inactive CPA in California.
