McRock Capital

Whitney co-founded McRock Capital in 2012, betting that better compute, data and analytics would transform industrial businesses. She was the first female Chair of the CVCA and previously was a partner at a Zurich-based VC firm and at Nomura New Energy Ventures in London.

Ha developed her passion for early-stage investing through IDG Ventures and MAJ Invest in Vietnam, working with consumer and enterprise technology entrepreneurs. She serves as a board observer at several McRock portfolio companies and holds degrees from Foreign Trade University and Aston Business School.

A lifelong entrepreneur with an engineering background across Canada and Texas in renewable energy, oil & gas and utilities, Mike later grew a SaaS startup and worked in digital consulting before joining McRock. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Finance from McMaster University and a P.Eng. designation from APEGA.

Susan leads finance and operations at McRock, applying best practices across the firm and supporting founders on financial management. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with a BA from the University of Toronto, she has worked across many industries including private equity, SaaS and cleantech.

Fasih focuses on data-driven decision making and specializes in financial modelling, valuation, M&A and business analysis, with over nine years of experience across auditing, healthcare IT and venture capital. He is a member of CPA Canada and ACCA and holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

Mickey has experience as both an investor and entrepreneur, having worked in social impact investing in the UK, early-stage ICT deals in Asia, and renewable energy investment, and previously founded an EdTech startup. He holds an economics degree from the University of Washington and a master's in Enterprise Risk Management from Columbia University.

Pritish focuses on founders in the Digital Industrial theme. He gained private investment experience at Grant Thornton, Faber Capital PE and IAN Group, where he led early-stage SaaS investments across multiple geographies and sectors. He holds a finance degree from MIT School of Management, India.

Udit focuses on industrial software and AI companies, drawing on experience building products, advising blue-chip firms and working in early-stage investing in India after a fellowship at IE Business School. He holds an MBA from IE Business School and an industrial engineering degree from VTU, India.
