HongShan invests across the technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors, aiming to discover and cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship. Since its 2005 founding it has backed over 1,700 companies, many characterized by distinctive technology, innovative business models, and high growth potential. The firm has expanded from early-stage venture capital into seed, growth, buyout, new-infrastructure, and public-market investing, positioning itself as a full-chain, all-stage, whole-cycle investor. More than 180 of its portfolio companies have gone public and over 140 private ones have become unicorns.
