Anna Haupt focuses on deep tech, transformative technology, and business innovation with an interest in user perspectives, product relevance, and new business models. She co-invented Hövding, the airbag bicycle helmet, which she founded in 2005 and grew into a listed company. Before joining Industrifonden, she worked in the automotive industry at Nevs (formerly Saab), where she was part of the management team and led development of a self-driving urban mobility system. She holds a master's degree in Industrial Design from LTH, Lund University.

Anna Ljungdahl joined Industrifonden in 2019 and works with founders on business development and value creation. Her prior career spans nearly two decades in banking and retail, including roles at SEB Ventures, New Wave Group, SEB Investment Strategy (COO), a Senior Advisor position for Swedish and American startups in New York, H&M (SVP North America Logistic Finance), and SEB Corporate Markets. She holds a Master of Finance from Karlstad University, an MBA in Strategy from Stockholm School of Economics, and completed the Advanced Board Program at Columbia University.

Elena Vallin is an Investment Manager at Industrifonden who joined in 2026. She previously spent about fifteen years in executive roles across New York, London, and Stockholm, including structuring syndicated financings at JPMorgan, leading analytics and credit strategy at Klarna, guiding Dreams through a B2C-to-B2B transformation and acquisition, and serving as COO and CFO at Doconomy. She holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York, and focuses on transformative technologies and impact-driven companies.

Iliam Barkino is a Principal at Industrifonden who joined in 2021 and focuses on deep tech. Before Industrifonden, he worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on AI transformations and commercial due diligence. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics (with a focus on Computational Science) from Uppsala University and Nanyang Technological University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.

Jakob Regberg holds an MSc in Chemistry and a PhD in Neurochemistry from Stockholm University, with a research background in peptide chemistry, drug delivery, nanomedicine, and protein engineering across Stockholm University, Karolinska Institutet, and KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He spent four years in life science investing at HealthCap and previously worked in Medical Affairs at Eisai, managing the oncology product portfolio in the Nordic region. He joined Industrifonden in 2025 and focuses on life science and health-related investments.

Jonathan Ilicki is part of Industrifonden's life science team, with a background spanning clinical practice, research, entrepreneurship, and management consulting. He previously worked as a physician, co-founded a medtech startup, scaled operations for a digital healthcare provider, and led growth and internationalization for a VC/PE-backed healthtech scale-up. He holds an MD from Karolinska Institutet, an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, and a master's degree in Evidence-Based Medicine from the University of Gothenburg.

Patrik Sobocki leads Deep Tech investments at Industrifonden, which he joined in 2016, with a focus on climate, health, and future-of-computing technologies. Before Industrifonden he was a business franchise leader at IMS Health overseeing data and technology across Europe, Asia, and Africa including M&A, and previously held R&D and commercial leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca, in addition to co-building two healthcare tech companies that were exited to US buyers. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, a Master in international management from CEMS, and a PhD in Medicine from Karolinska Institutet, where he also holds an Associate Professorship in health economics and epidemiology.

Per Anell is a Senior Investment Director at Industrifonden, which he joined in 2014, focusing broadly but leaning toward deep tech and industry-related ventures. He has around 20 years of operational experience, starting as an IP consultant at Awapatent, then working in robotics at Mydata Automation (later Mycronic), and holding VP roles at Proximion Fiber Optics and Mamea Imaging (later acquired by Philips Healthcare). Before venture capital, he supported the Swedish startup ecosystem through Innovationsbron and Almi Invest, and he holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Lund University.

Andreas Söneby is a Venture Partner at Industrifonden, which he joined in 2024. He began his career founding a consulting and recruiting company that he grew and later sold, then held CTO and CIO roles at Kindred and Kambi over roughly 15 years, served as CEO of White Hat Gaming, and worked as VP Engineering at Instabox (now Instabee). He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from KTH in Stockholm.

Fredrik Lehmann focuses on life science and biotech investments at Industrifonden, which he joined in 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in the life science industry in roles including CEO, Head of Research, and CMC, and has founded six companies, including OnTarget Chemistry, which Recipharm acquired in 2015. He holds a PhD in medicinal chemistry from Gothenburg University and an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Andreas Hiller joined Industrifonden in 2025 as a Board Member. He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics and an M.Sc. in Business Administration with a major in Finance.

Birgitta Stymne Göransson holds an M.Sc. in Engineering in Chemistry and Biotechnology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has served as Chairman of the Board at Industrifonden, having joined the board in 2019, and holds board positions at several companies.

Caroline Murray is the CFO at Industrifonden, where she leads finance and operations and works alongside the investment team. Her prior experience includes corporate finance, a role as an investment manager in technology venture capital, and most recently Business Controller at Carnegie. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Charlotta Nilsson holds an M.Sc. in Physics and an EMBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. She serves as COO of Paradox Interactive and has been a board member at Industrifonden since 2019. She also sits on the boards of Advisense, Nordnet AB (publ) and Nordnet Bank AB.

Charlotte Landin is the office manager at Industrifonden, where she joined in 2009 and works within the finance and operations team supporting the business. Prior to Industrifonden, she worked as a sales representative at Åhléns.

Clara Norgren is an Associate at Industrifonden who joined in 2022 and works on transformative technology, focusing on emerging technologies. She previously worked in venture capital and at early-stage startups. She holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Computer Science and Communications from the Royal Institute of Technology and a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from Lund University.

Fredrik von Porat is a Senior Business Controller at Industrifonden, where he handles budgeting, reporting, and internal analysis and prepares financial information to support the firm's investors. Before joining Industrifonden in 2000, he worked at VPC (now Euroclear), with experience in planning share issues and developing cross-border transactions. He holds a master's degree in Finance from Stockholm University.

Jonas Jendi has worked with early-stage startups for over 20 years, including a decade as CEO of Cogmed in the cognitive training field, which involved five years in the US and a subsequent exit and integration into a larger enterprise. Before joining Industrifonden in 2017, he held chairman, board, advisor, and co-founder roles across listed biotechs, mental health chatbots, edtech, semiconductors, and investment banking. At Industrifonden he focuses on life sciences and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2021, building the analyst team and supporting the investment process. He holds an M.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Leif Ljungqvist joined Industrifonden in 2026. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Stockholm University and previously served as Investment Director at the Government Office. He has been a board member since 2026 and sits on the boards of Visit Sweden, Systembolaget, and Green Cargo.

Mikael Fogelström joined Industrifonden as a board member in 2024. He holds a PhD from Åbo Akademi University and is Professor of Theoretical Physics at Chalmers University of Technology. He also serves as Director of the Nordic Institute of Theoretical Physics (Nordita) at Stockholms universitet and is a board member of Chalmers Next Labs.

Nayanika Bhalla is an Associate on Industrifonden's Deep Tech team, focusing on frontier science and engineering with an emphasis on commercialisation. Her interests include biotechnology platforms and tools, femtech and women's health, and climate tech. She previously invested with The Creator Fund's student team and co-founded a startup for financial education for women. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology and an MSc in Medical Biotechnology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where she worked on spatial omics technologies.

Pernilla Åkerblom is part of the finance and operations team at Industrifonden, which she joined in 2012, providing support across the business. She previously worked as a product developer in the corporate insurance industry and in system development at insurance companies.

Rebecka Kornfeld joined Industrifonden in 2024 as a Senior Associate on the transformative tech team, working across practices with a focus on financial analysis. She previously spent about six years in M&A at Deloitte, handling financial due diligence for refinancing, carve-outs, and buy and sell side transactions, largely cross-border sell side deals in the B2B SaaS space. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Sara Frykstrand Ångström joined Industrifonden in 2023 and focuses on deep tech, with particular interest in technologies that support a sustainable society and healthy aging. She has prior experience as a researcher, patent attorney, and in the startup world, and is also an inventor. She holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Engineering Physics with a focus on material science from Uppsala University, has studied at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is an authorized European Patent Attorney.

Sara Jawad is an Associate on the Life Science team at Industrifonden, which she joined in 2022. She focuses on science-driven healthcare innovations, with particular attention to early-stage drug development. She holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed executive education in Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics, and previously worked at AstraZeneca in pharmaceutical process development and production.

Stefan Larsson is an MD and PhD who holds an associate professorship at Karolinska Institute, with training at Harvard Medical School and the MRC Human Genomics unit in the UK. He worked at The Boston Consulting Group from 1996 to 2021 and cofounded ICHOM (International Consortium of Health Outcomes Measurement), where he serves as board chair. He is a Distinguished Fellow with the World Economic Forum, has authored the book "The Patient Priority," and published more than 30 scientific papers. He joined Industrifonden as a board member in 2025.

Therese From is Finance Manager at Industrifonden, which she joined in 2024. She has over 25 years of finance experience, working since 1996 as a consultant for companies with national and international brands across a range of industries. She is also a trained therapist.

Tina Sörqvist is Head of HR at Industrifonden, which she joined in 2020, with over 20 years of experience in HR and talent management at growth-stage and changing companies. She has worked in Nordic and international settings across industries including tech, finance, and consultancy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organisational and leadership development. She studied Business Administration with a major in Organisation and Leadership at the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University.

Tore focuses on investments in transformational technology and digitalization, with over 20 years of venture experience investing from seed to growth since 1998. He began his career in banking, has retail industry experience, and previously held investment roles at VC funds Småföretagsinvest and Fylkinvest.
