Jean-Charles Velge is co-founder of Qover, an insurtech platform founded in 2016 that provides embedded insurance orchestration services across Europe. The company serves over 8 million people across 32 European countries and partners with organizations including Revolut, ING, Monese, Deliveroo, Fisker, NIO, and Canyon.

Mathieu de Lophem is Co-CEO at Michiels SA with experience across mobility and food & beverages sectors. His expertise includes venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and financial modeling, supported by a Master's degree in Management and Finance from Louvain School of Management.

Tom Husson is Head of Marketing at Conveo, where he leads cross-functional teams across marketing, engineering, sales, and customer success on brand building and go-to-market strategy. Previously, he served as CEO and Co-Founder of Eden Protocol for over four years, developing AI and graph-powered talent networks for DAOs and crypto-native startups using Neo4j-based technology and Ethereum-based referral systems. Husson has experience building teams at scale, raising capital, and executing exits, and is an O1 visa holder and alum of Brickyard and Entrepreneurs First.

Anna Thomlinson is a Senior Business Controller at Shayp with experience in finance, legal, data insights, team building, and sales operations. She has worked with early-stage startups on organizational and operational development.

Dieter Wachters is Senior Director of Engineering at Collibra. He has experience building and leading local and remote engineering teams, with background in software architecture, strategy, and delivery. His expertise spans technology leadership, code development, and business strategy alignment.

Florian Hendrickx is Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at Conveo, a Y Combinator Summer 2024 company, where he oversees investor relations and strategic initiatives across growth, sales, product, and finance. Previously, he held the role of Chief Growth Officer at Robovision and Aikido, and served as head of Strategy at Deliverect, a Belgian SaaS unicorn. Hendrickx is a co-founder and CEO of HQapp, a founding member of the angel investment group Syndicate.one, and holds master's degrees in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science and in General Management.

Hans Kayaert is General Counsel and Corporate Development lead at Aikido Security. He is a three-time SaaS founder and CEO with two exits, including Loctax, which was acquired by Tax Systems after raising $15.6 million from Index Ventures, Cavalry, and Seedcamp. He brings experience in go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, legal, and fundraising to his current role.

Joris De Bruyne is Chief Executive Officer of EyeSee, a behavioral insights and AI company serving FMCG, OTC, cosmetics, and technology clients. With 15 years of experience in innovation consulting and insights practice, he focuses on applying behavioral science frameworks to packaging, shopper behavior, and advertising analysis. Under his leadership, EyeSee has received recognition including Deloitte's Most Sustainable Growth award and inclusion in the Insight 250 global leaders list.

Juliette Moortgat is an early-stage venture capital investor at Clover, focusing on work technology. She is an Imperial College alumna with interests in startups, sports, and technology sectors.

Laurens De Beyter is Head of Strategic Projects & New Business at N26, a European fintech company. He previously worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Kearney, where he advised financial institutions, insurers, and infrastructure companies on transformation and growth initiatives. At N26, he has led cross-functional programs including product launches, market expansion, regulatory compliance, and organizational restructuring, with experience building teams and managing strategic alignment across executive and board levels.

Maxime Vermeesch is a tax lawyer and partner at Alongsight Legal, a Belgian firm he co-founded. His practice focuses on Belgian and international tax law, with particular expertise in R&D tax incentives, IP royalties, transfer pricing, and customs compliance for technology companies. He is multilingual in English, French, Dutch, and German, and serves as a member of the investment fund Syndicate One.

Pieter-Jan Speelmans is VP of Engineering at Dolby OptiView, where he works on live streaming technology. He focuses on enabling media companies to deliver improved user experiences across platforms by developing deep technical expertise in media stack components and understanding business requirements across different verticals. He pursues experimental work in media consumption technologies and pipeline development in his technical work.

Sibylle Greindl is a member at Syndicate One with expertise in communication strategy, customer acquisition, and product growth. She has experience implementing and scaling paid acquisition channels and developing content strategies across markets from seed to post-Series A stages. Her background includes team building, roadmap definition based on revenue metrics, and establishing data-driven growth processes.

Tiny De Waele serves as Global Head of People at Deliverect and is a member of Syndicate One. In this role, De Waele leads a team of 11 personnel across multiple locations, including HR business partners, generalists, and coordinators, while managing the employee lifecycle from hiring through departure. De Waele's responsibilities include ensuring compliance with social laws across all offices and aligning human resources functions with business objectives.

Otto Debals holds a PhD in signal separation and multilinear algebra. He previously worked as a management consultant at McKinsey, supporting projects across multiple functions and industries, and co-founded Investimize, a financial advisory platform, before launching Segments.ai in 2020.
