Stephanie C. Butcher has served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Investments at Invesco since February 2023, sharing the role with Tony Wong and overseeing investment performance across the firm's six global investment teams. She previously served as Chief Investment Officer of Invesco's Henley Investment Centre from 2020 to 2023, and joined the firm in 2003 after earlier roles at Lazard Asset Management and Aberdeen Asset Management. Butcher holds an MA in History from Cambridge University and the AIIMR designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research, now the CFA Institute.

Founder and former CEO of ASLAN Pharmaceuticals, previously Head of Asia Healthcare at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Regional BD Director APAC at AstraZeneca. Holds a PhD and MA in molecular biology from Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.

Andrew R. Schlossberg has been President and CEO of Invesco and a board member since 2023. He joined Invesco in 2001 and previously served as Head of the Americas (2019–2023) and Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (2015–2019), after starting his career as an equity research analyst at Citigroup Asset Management. He holds a B.S. in finance and international business from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

G. Richard ("Rick") Wagoner Jr. has served as Chair of Invesco since 2019 and as a non-executive director since 2013, sitting on its Audit, Nomination and Corporate Governance, and Compensation Committees. He spent 32 years at General Motors, serving as Chairman and CEO from 2003 to 2009 and holding earlier roles including CFO and President of North American Operations. He holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Shannon Johnston has been Senior Managing Director and Chief Information and Operations Officer at Invesco since September 2024, overseeing Technology, Investment and Distribution Services, Global Security, and the North America Transfer Agency. She previously held senior leadership roles at Global Payments Inc. from 2016 to 2024, including Chief Information Officer, covering areas such as technology strategy, infrastructure and operations, software engineering, information security, and analytics. She holds a bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University.

Sir Nigel Sheinwald is a former British diplomat who joined the Diplomatic Service in 1976 and served as British Ambassador to the United States (2007–2012), Foreign Policy and Defence Adviser to the Prime Minister (2003–2007), and British Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the European Union (2000–2003). He later served as the Prime Minister's Special Envoy on intelligence and law enforcement data sharing (2014–2015) and holds an M.A. from Balliol College, University of Oxford. He is a visiting professor at King's College London and has served as a non-executive director of Invesco since 2015.

Terri C. Houghton has served as Global Chief of Staff at Invesco since August 2025, where she manages the strategic agenda for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and coordinates enterprise-wide priorities. She joined Invesco in 2010 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Human Resources team, having earlier held roles in product development, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational design at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta. Houghton holds a BS in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and supports the Audubon Nature Institute and the Ochsner Neuroscience Center.

Thomas "Todd" P. Gibbons has served as a non-executive director at Invesco since 2023, sitting on the Audit, Nomination and Corporate Governance, and Compensation Committees. He previously spent his career at BNY Mellon, serving as CEO from 2019 to 2022, Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2017, and Chief Risk Officer prior to 2008, with expertise in banking, finance, risk management and financial regulation. He holds an M.B.A. from Pace University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
