Indrajeet Sirsikar is Chief Operations Officer at Agna, where he oversees strategic operating policies, fund administration, and risk monitoring. Previously, he served as Partner and Head of Operations at Woodstock Fund and held roles at Aditya Birla Capital and Jupiter Metal Products, with experience scaling SME businesses and launching insurance verticals. He holds an MBA in Operations from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Pranav Sharma is founder of Agna, a deep technology fund focused on AI, blockchain, novel computing, and materials engineering in the GCC region, and co-founder and general partner of Woodstock Fund, which invests in early and growth-stage Web 3.0 startups. He has led over 80 investments resulting in 15+ exits and has advised blockchain and fintech projects including Orion Protocol, AllianceBlock, and ZeroSwap Labs. Sharma holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and previously co-founded a think tank and established an SME vertical in Indian life insurance.

Chetty Narayan Rao is an AVP-2 at Apex Group Ltd with over 14 years of experience in financial services, including 7+ years in fund administration, regulatory compliance, and general ledger accounting. He holds qualifications in Company Secretaryship and has completed final groups in both CA and CMA, with expertise in fund accounting, private equity, financial reporting, and ERP systems including SAP FICO, Yardi, Paxus, and Efront. His background spans shared services, FMCG, BPO, banking, and private equity sectors, with experience in team management across multiple projects.

Vanshaj Kandhari is Sub Business Head for Term Insurance at Policybazaar.com. Previously, he held roles scaling multiple consumer technology verticals at BuyStars, including opinion trading, fantasy sports, and a social voice application, and founded a group-buying startup. He has also worked in venture capital and blockchain consulting at JP Morgan.
