Hugo Silva is a Partner at Pi Labs, where he sources new deals and manages the firm's portfolio companies. He previously worked as an Investment Associate at EDP Ventures, investing in smart cities, energy management, and cybersecurity across regions from Israel to San Francisco, and has also worked at Firstminute Capital, The Creator Fund, and in Mastercard's Corporate Strategy division. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tecnico Lisboa and an MBA from London Business School.

Michael Murad is a Partner and Executive Director at Pi Labs, where he oversees the firm's finance function and day-to-day operations, along with Portfolio and ESG reporting and Limited Partner engagement. He previously worked as an executive at accountancy firm MHA MacIntyre Hudson, advising companies across sectors including real estate, construction, technology and venture. He holds a first-class degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sheffield and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), and was named in the Accountancy Age Top 35 Under 35 in 2019.

Stefania Ponzo is a Partner at Pi Labs, where she oversees the firm's portfolio and supports founders on strategic, financial and commercial matters. She has over 14 years of experience in high-growth technology as an investor and advisor, including seven years at Coutts Private Bank advising UHNW clients, leading fintech investments at Downing Ventures, and serving as a Portfolio Director at Pembroke VCT. She holds an MSc in Financial Mathematics from Bayes Business School and an MSc in Economics and Statistics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

Dhruv Gupta is a Principal at Pi Labs, where he leads new investments and serves as an advisor and board member to portfolio companies. He has over 10 years of experience across venture capital, corporate development, and real estate investment, having previously led fundraising and launched the Innovation function at WeWork India and held investment roles at Piramal Capital and Colliers. He works with founders on product, go-to-market, and fundraising, and is an angel investor in early-stage consumer internet and fintech startups.

Michelle Wilk is a Principal at Pi Labs, where she leads new investments and supports portfolio companies as an advisor and board member. She previously worked as an Investor at Founders Factory, making consumer and B2B investments alongside corporate partners L'Oreal, M&S and Reckitt Benckiser, and as a Growth Investor at BGF. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division covering TMT and Consumer deals, and holds an MA in French and English Literature from the University of Edinburgh.

Juliet Kerr is an Investment Associate at Pi Labs, where she sources new investments and supports portfolio company management. She previously worked at real estate investment firm Patrizia on its Investment Strategy and research team. She holds an MA in Social Policy and Law from the University of Edinburgh and an MPhil in Planning, Growth, and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge.
