Alma Health is a digital healthcare company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and established at Abu Dhabi Global Market, focused on people living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and asthma. Through its mobile application, members receive consultations with licensed general practitioners who are employed in-house by the company, rather than contracted externally as is common in telemedicine. The service extends beyond consultations to include lab tests carried out at the patient's home, referrals to specialists, renewable and automatically renewed prescriptions, medication reminders, direct insurance billing, and same-day or free delivery of chronic medications from the company's cloud pharmacies.

The company connects a member's healthcare specialists, insurance providers and Alma Health's own physicians and pharmacists through what it calls the Alma Health Operating System, with the company handling administrative work such as billing insurers and preparing and dispatching medications. Alma Health is licensed by the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with part-time professionals registered with their local health authorities, and is accredited by insurance networks including Thiqa, Daman, NAS Neuron and Oman Insurance. It has also developed condition-specific management programmes combining virtual consultations across specialities with referrals to physical facilities for services such as radiology and dentistry, and stated plans to build physician and pharmacist platforms to reduce administrative workload.
