Investment thesis
BOOOM is run by operators who built a unicorn with over 1,000 employees and raised €400 million, and now back very early founders. After investing as a lead VC for around five years, the team designed what it calls a founder-oriented product intended to remove structurally conflicting interests between investor and founder. It writes first checks of €100k-€400k at pre-seed and seed and aims to deliver the highest value per euro on a company's cap table, sharing lessons learned to help founders avoid common mistakes and unlock its network.
