Investment thesis

Perscitus consults on a multi-asset portfolio emphasizing private equity, pursuing an opportunistic direct-investment strategy that stays flexible on sector, deal size, ownership stake (minority or majority) and holding period. It typically targets UK-headquartered companies exhibiting at least two of the following: strong IP, high growth, or a credible path to breakeven or a value-inflection milestone. Direct investments span four areas: venture capital (generally pre-Series A, with no EIS requirement and openness to special situations, secondaries and CLNs); life sciences focused on therapeutics addressing large unmet needs, preferably IND-ready or post-Phase 1; small UK buyouts/buy-ins of profitable companies with £5-£30m enterprise value; and selective sponsor-led co-investments.
