Managing Partner and co-founder of Flat6Labs with over 20 years in private equity and venture capital. Previously led technology, media, and telecom investments at EFG-Hermes PE, pioneered institutional venture capital in MENA, and managed funds exceeding $500 million in assets.

Adham Mersal is a Senior Creative Designer at Flat6Labs, where he works with startups on brand identity, visual communication, and product design. He holds a Google UX Professional Certificate and works across the design lifecycle, including UX research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping, using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. His current focus includes scalable design systems and accessible (WCAG) design projects.

Ahmed Kassem works in Programs (Strategy & Investment) at Raya Holding for Financial Investments, an Egyptian conglomerate. His role covers the management of startup programs and corporate innovation initiatives, with a focus on program management and entrepreneurship.

Faten Aissi is the Director of Global Partnerships at Flat6Labs, where she develops collaborations with international institutions, corporations, and development partners across emerging markets. She has established partnerships with organizations including the EU, IFC, UN, AFD, Expertise France, and Bpi France, working to align investor, corporate, government, and ecosystem interests in support of startups.

Karim Marwan is Senior Community and Outreach Manager at Flat6Labs, with a background in information systems and marketing. He began his career at ITWorx in 2007 as a Service Desk Administrator, later becoming a Senior Support Engineer before moving to the marketing department in 2013, where he worked as an Innovation Officer and managed internal and external events for ITWorx Education. He graduated from Modern Academy Maadi in 2006 with a degree in information systems.

Lujain Nassif is Program Director at Flat6Labs KSA, where she has overseen capital deployment into more than 100 companies across 13 cohorts and managed follow-on fundraising relationships with angels, VCs, family offices, and corporate venture arms across the KSA and wider MENA region. Her work spans sectors including AI and deep tech, fintech, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, proptech, healthtech, and edtech, and involves collaboration with regulators such as Fintech Saudi and academic institutions including KSU and MBSC. She received the Entrepreneurship Woman of the Year award at the KSA Women Excellence Awards in 2023.

Maha Khannoussi is a Senior Programs Manager at Flat6Labs, where she designs and manages multi-cycle acceleration programs and mentors portfolio companies. Her work includes market-access programs, investor-readiness tracks, pre-accelerator cohorts, and sector-focused sprints in areas such as fintech, healthtech, and sustainability. She has also led capacity-building workshops for incubators, accelerators, and innovation support organizations across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on curriculum design, startup and SME sourcing and selection, founder coaching, and post-program support.

Malak Ibrahim is a Senior Product Owner at Flat6Labs, focusing on developing technology-based solutions and automating processes. Outside of this role, Ibrahim works as a content creator, applying knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms to build an online community.

Melek Mhiri is a Program Manager at Flat6Labs with more than four years of experience in program management and communication roles. Her work involves agile project management, project planning, and coordination.

Nahla Ibrahim is Director of Project Management at Flat6Labs and holds an MBA in Global Business Management from ESLSCA Paris Business School. Her work spans monitoring and evaluation, grants management, capacity building, and project sustainability across the entrepreneurship, cultural, educational, and health sectors. She has managed more than 12 local, regional, and international projects across the MENA region with partners including IFC, UNDP, UNICEF, and the Dutch and British Embassies, with budgets ranging from USD 100K to over 5 million.

Rana Al Shehri is Travel & Concierge Manager at Likewise Concierge, where she leads the company's travel and event operations in Saudi Arabia. She has more than eight years of experience across the startup, venture capital, and retail sectors, with a focus on operations management, process improvement, and cross-functional projects. Her work includes stakeholder engagement, logistics, vendor coordination, and business support functions.

Salma Haddad is Program Director at Flat6Labs, with more than 10 years of experience in entrepreneurial ecosystem development across the Middle East and Africa. Her work includes building relationships with public and private organizations, designing and managing capacity-building programs for startups, and supporting incubators and enablers. She has also focused on providing digital skills training for women and youth.

Tarek Mounir is Chief Financial Officer at Flat6Labs, where his responsibilities include financial strategy, fund operations, and support for portfolio companies across the firm's regional funds. He has more than 18 years of experience in financial management, venture capital, and entrepreneurial finance in the MENA region.

Zeyad Taha is a Program Officer at Flat6Labs, a venture capital firm operating in the MENA region. His work involves identifying startups, providing strategic guidance, and connecting them with resources.

Joined Movac in 2025 and leads marketing and event organising, connecting founders, investors and the wider Movac community. She previously worked at NextWork, GD1 VC and Phase One Ventures.

Walid Triki, a Greater Paris–based partner, combines former accelerator leadership and structured VC deployment, helped separate an accelerator from a $90M+ seed platform, and invests across North Africa and MENA.
