Advisory board member with over 45 years of investment banking experience focused on the TMT sector, having founded EMEA TMT groups at JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse. A dual UK/US citizen.

Advisory board member and experienced PE/VC investor who co-founded Top Golf Inc. Former partner at Bain & Co. and Apax Partners, and previously Partner and CIO at Hambro Perks.

Joined Committed Capital in 2015 with 15 years of experience raising capital through tax-efficient wrappers such as EIS and VCTs. Previously worked at Coopers & Lybrand, PwC and Deloitte as a tax adviser.

Bernice Affat is Chief Executive Officer at Social and Sustainable Capital LLP (SASC), where she has also served as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CEO, leading investment and portfolio management activities focused on social housing loans. She has over two decades of experience in financial roles, including senior positions at Lloyds Bank, with expertise in leveraged finance, debt restructuring, corporate finance, and M&A. Her background is grounded in accountancy and finance.
