Her background spans finance, M&A, strategy, and transformation across technology, consumer, food, healthcare, retail, and financial services sectors, supported by a Harvard MBA, chartered accountancy qualification, and Oxford economics degree. Woods currently serves on the boards of Enterprise Ireland and as a strategic advisor to Blume Equity, a pan-European climate tech growth fund, while providing consulting and mentorship to scaling businesses on strategic finance and fundraising.

Raxita Kapashi is Chief Financial Officer at Blume Equity with over 15 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and family office operations. She has supported portfolio company exits, led finance team development, and managed operational due diligence across investments with assets under management up to $5 billion. Her background includes oversight of finance and operations scaling, systems implementation, fundraising support, and board-level responsibilities including risk management and corporate governance.
