Steven Dunne trained in accounting and investment banking before working at FTSE 250 company Wassall, where he focused on turning around underperforming businesses. He later held roles at a venture capital and advisory startup and in a portfolio value-creation role at Livingbridge, followed by two CFO/COO positions at VC-backed portfolio companies, both of which were sold to strategic buyers. At Frog Capital he serves as head of portfolio, working closely with portfolio companies and their CFOs.

Amanda Stainton is an Operating Partner at Frog Capital with around 30 years of experience in HR functions, having worked across manpower planning, process improvement, compensation and benefits, and leadership roles in financial services and privatised utilities. She previously served as HR Director at Portakabin Ltd, part of the Shepherd Group, and spent several years consulting on organisational culture. At Frog Capital she leads people and culture due diligence on potential investments and advises portfolio companies.

Andrew Betteley holds an Electronic Engineering degree and began his career in software development at an automotive-industry startup, later working in rapidly growing technology companies. He completed an MBA in 2013 and took on several technology turnaround assignments, then advised Frog Capital as Technology Specialist from 2019 before joining as an Operating Partner in 2021. His work focuses on supporting scale-up portfolio companies across areas such as technology infrastructure, talent management, and process development.

James Bagan built a career in software sales after entering the field without formal training, working at a south-London tech company later acquired by Experian. He founded his own advisory firm in 2012 offering sales due-diligence services to investors, is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management, and holds a PRINCE2 Project Manager certification. He chairs several investor-backed technology businesses across Europe and works with Frog Capital.

John Sutherland is a management consultant who trained as a clinical psychologist, spending ten years in the UK health service before moving into consulting. He holds three degrees in areas of psychology and founded his own firm, Strategic Resource, in 1995, focusing on assessing and developing senior teams across various sectors and stages of business maturity. He works with Frog Capital on senior team development as part of scaling businesses.

Sonia Powar holds a mathematics degree and qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC in London before moving to private equity and growth investor 3i plc. She spent eight years as a Partner at venture debt start-up BOOST&Co, helping grow it into one of the UK's top non-bank lenders to SMEs specialising in the TMT sector. At Frog Capital she works with software scale-ups across Europe and focuses on responsible investing that adds value to the planet, people, or society.

Sophia Sylvester graduated from the University of Greenwich with a degree in International Business with Applied Law, and worked for several years at a family-owned veterinary practice before spending seven months in Wuhan, China, teaching English and travelling. She joined Frog Capital in April 2017 as an Executive Assistant, supporting the investment team and senior partners.

Susannah Nicklin is an Operating Partner at Frog Capital, having previously served two years as a Non-Executive Director with the firm. She studied Russian and philosophy at Stanford, spent fifteen years at Goldman Sachs across capital raising, M&A, telco equity coverage and team management, and later moved into private client portfolio management before co-founding a SaaS start-up. She works with a range of investment companies spanning early-stage ventures to large-cap global stocks and chairs a London-listed social impact investment trust.
