Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of P101 SGR, which he started in the early 2010s. He began his career at the Olivetti Group and was involved in Italy's first VC fund (Kiwi 1), later co-founding Vitaminic and Banzai and contributing to the Restart Italia policy report.

Giuseppe Donvito is a Partner at P101, which he joined in 2014, bringing over 20 years of venture capital and private equity experience gained in Italy and across Europe. He previously held roles at Telecom Italia, SOFIPA SGR, 3i Group, HSBC Bank in London, Neo Capital Private Equity, and Futurimpresa SGR, and holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the University of Pisa.

Glenda Grazioli has around 20 years of experience in venture capital and private equity. She began at Pino Partecipazioni in 2004 as a Senior Investment Officer, later working with dPixel and Vela Capital, and joined P101 in 2013 where she oversees administrative, compliance and investment processes. She holds a Finance degree from Bocconi University in Milan.

Partner at P101 since 2021 with over 15 years in Italian and European venture capital, focused on purpose-driven tech. He co-founded U-Start and Milano Investment Partners, serving as CEO of both, and has taken part in over 40 deals. Earlier he worked in sustainability and climate-tech and helped build a network of sustainable startup accelerators in Africa, earning an Ashoka Award.

Antonio Grifoni joined P101 in 2026 as an Associate, supporting investment sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and portfolio monitoring. He previously spent five years at Plug and Play, where he led the Milan investment team and worked on corporate innovation across EMEA and Silicon Valley, and holds a double-degree MSc from Bocconi University and Copenhagen Business School.

Turroni holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Politecnico di Torino and an MBA from Kellogg. He began as an industrial engineer at Sorin Biomedical, held a leadership role at Vodafone Italy, spent two decades at Boston Consulting Group (leaving in 2015 as Partner & Managing Director), co-founded a sustainable mobility startup, and served as CEO of CRM BPO firm Covisian before pursuing entrepreneurial projects in the energy sector since 2022.

Data engineer at P101 with a background in software engineering, data science, and robotics, building scalable data infrastructure to support the firm's analytics and operations. Born in Milan, he holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, and previously worked as a data scientist at a quant trading firm and as a robotics software engineer.

Carola Piatti has extensive experience as an executive and personal assistant, having worked at the European Commission's Joint Research Center, Fastweb, NextEdge Partners, and since 2006 at Banzai (now ePRICE), where she held roles including Office Manager, Facility Manager and PA to the President and CEO.

Edoardo joined P101 in 2026 as Portfolio Support & Special Projects Analyst, working across the investment process including deal scouting, due diligence, investment memo preparation, portfolio monitoring, and exit support. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics and Management from the University of Bologna and previously worked at FoolFarm and Italian Tech Alliance.

A Computer Science Engineering graduate focused on technology and data, Fabio worked at PwC, ShinyStat, and Dentsu Aegis Network before co-founding Musement (acquired by TUI Group in 2018), where he serves as CTO. He also advises IULM Innovation Lab and coordinates a Digital Marketing Master at TAG Innovation School.

Investment professional at P101 since 2021, focused on scouting new companies, portfolio management, and supporting subsidiaries. Previously worked as an M&A analyst at MIT.FIN Spa (Mittel Group), contributing to transactions exceeding €150 million across sectors including rental, service, healthcare, and industrial.

Giovanni Mascalzoni is the Financial Controller at P101 Ventures, having joined in July 2021. Previously, he worked at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor in the Audit & Assurance function, where he specialized in auditing projects within the asset management sector and consulting engagements for major financial institutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics and a master's degree in Business Economics and Management (Banking, Markets and Corporate Finance) from Carlo Cattaneo LIUC University, with additional graduate studies at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.

Financial Controller at P101 since July 2021, previously a Supervisor Senior Auditor at Deloitte specializing in asset management. Holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Economics from LIUC University, with study experience at HHL Leipzig in Germany.

Giulia Boscaino joined P101 as an Administration Specialist in January 2026. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics, worked for four years as an Administrative Assistant at hotel group Gruppo UNA, and later worked in the administrative department at private equity firm HAT SGR.

An experienced independent director who has served as Vice President of Eurocommerce, board member of Iperal supermercati, Chairman of the Board at Carrefour Italia, and senior advisor at firms including Boston Consulting Group, Luisa Spagnoli, and Ernst & Young. He holds a degree from Bocconi University and completed Chase Manhattan Bank's international training program.

An entrepreneurial business leader with 15+ years scaling ventures and products, who joined P101 in 2026 to lead North American expansion, portfolio support, and fund-of-funds investments in emerging managers. He previously worked at Third Bridge, co-founded the edtech platform Millie, and built the PE vertical at Fractional AI; he holds an MBA from Columbia/LBS, an MSc from LSE, and a BSc from Bocconi.

Laura Conti joined P101 in 2014 as an office assistant and PA to the partner after several years in asset management, and now handles office supplies, welcomes clients and provides administrative support. She studied pharmaceutical technologies at the University of Milan.

Lavinia Ferri joined P101 in 2023 as an Investment Analyst, focusing on screening and evaluating potential investments and supporting deal execution and portfolio management. She previously worked at M&A boutique AHV Associates and at pan-European VC fund DIP Capital.

Founder and Managing Partner of KALPS, a private equity club-deal origination vehicle, and founder and CEO of Quisque, an advisory boutique and investment holding. Previously managed the €35bn equity portfolio of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti from 2013 to 2018.

Luca Ferraresi joined P101 in 2023 as a Project Specialist supporting portfolio companies with value creation activities like business development, operations and go-to-market. He previously worked in consulting at Capgemini on UK government digital transformation programs and at PwC on post-deal and M&A value creation projects.

A C-level executive with experience across retail, telecom, and digital sectors. He holds an MBA from Stanford, worked at BCG, held leadership roles at Autogrill, Vodafone, Telecom Italia, and UPIM, led a management buyout of real estate portals Casa.it and AtHome.lu with Oakley Capital (exited in 2020), and is a Non-Executive Director at Alessi and CHS.

Marco Fumagalli was a Global Partner at PE firm 3i Group, managing investments in private and listed companies where €200m of investments returned 2.6x capital. From 2010 to 2013 he led private equity activities at a leading Swiss family office, and he is a founding partner of CIP.

Investment manager focused on business financing who holds a master's in Business Management and a master's in Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He began his career as an investment analyst at Principia SGR in 2012 and joined P101 in 2016, where he works on portfolio management and monitoring.

Riccardo Monti spent his career at BCG, which he joined in 1990, working across the Paris, Zurich and Milan offices and focusing on the industrial and energy sectors. He became Managing Partner of BCG's Italy, Greece and Turkey system in 2005, Chairman of BCG Italy in 2014, and was named Senior Partner Emeritus in 2021.
