Investment thesis
Perivoli Innovations is a venture investment trust whose returns fund the Perivoli Foundation, a UK charity primarily focused on Africa. It requires its investments to have a positive social impact and concentrates on four impact areas. The trust has made over sixty investments, participated in more than 250 funding rounds, and generally follows on with existing portfolio companies. Several early investments have surpassed USD 100 million valuations, while others have been written down to zero. The overarching purpose is to generate returns that support the philanthropic ambitions of the Perivoli Foundation.
