Alex Bruce is an executive advisor and investment partner at Sparq with over 25 years of experience in go-to-market strategy and revenue leadership across enterprise software, consulting, and technology services. He previously served as managing director and equity partner at LEHAN Partners, which he sold to SOLU Technology in 2014, and led Sparq's growth to nearly $100M in annual revenue and 7x overall expansion. Bruce holds an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and an MBA from SMU's Cox School of Business, and currently serves on Auburn's Harbert School of Business Board and Circadian Ventures' Advisory Council.

Alex Ferguson is Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Agape Care Group, a Southeast-based hospice and palliative care provider, where he evaluates M&A opportunities aligned with the company's financial, timing, and cultural objectives. He brings over two decades of healthcare corporate development experience, including a previous role leading business development at Guardian Pharmacy, where he supported expansion from nine to 41 locations across the United States through acquisitions and partnerships. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Armistead Whitney is a Venture Partner at Circadian Ventures with experience founding multiple software and media companies, raising over $200M in capital, and achieving several exits. He has built teams and developed go-to-market strategies across technology sectors, and has been quoted in major media outlets including CNN, FOX News, ABC News, and The Wall Street Journal on technology's applications to business and societal challenges. Whitney is also a creative artist with a record album scheduled for release in 2026.

Bill Van Curen serves as Advisory Board Chair at Hospitality Control Solutions and brings 40 years of global IT management experience, including 12 years of public board service with audit and risk committee participation. His background encompasses enterprise IT leadership development, M&A integrations, ERP and CRM transformations, and strategic alignment of business technology initiatives. He has held board chair roles with major technology membership organizations in Atlanta and Georgia and advises mid-size companies on technology strategy and organizational development.

Brandon Van Orden is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Cousins Properties Incorporated. He brings technology leadership experience across industrial, manufacturing, metals, and commercial real estate sectors, with expertise in ERP implementations, business technology strategy, and M&A integration. Van Orden has managed global technology teams in both P&L and shared service models across large conglomerates and mid-market organizations.

Jason James is Chief Information Officer at Aptos Retail, where he directs strategy and operations for a multi-cloud SaaS platform deployed across AWS, Azure, and GCP. With over 25 years of technology leadership experience, he oversees digital transformation initiatives spanning AI strategy, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and enterprise infrastructure. His current focus includes deploying AI technologies, implementing security programs, and modernizing cloud infrastructure to drive competitive advantage.

Jay Ferro is President of Technology and Chief Product Officer at Envision Pharma Group. He has held executive roles in private equity-backed and enterprise companies, with experience in large-scale transformations, M&A integrations, and platform modernizations across healthcare, life sciences, technology, and services sectors. He serves as a board advisor and has operated at the C-level with focus on growth, profitability, and execution.

Jeff Crow is Chief Executive Officer at TapMango and serves as a private equity executive, board member, and strategic advisor. His experience includes senior leadership roles across public and private companies of varying sizes, with focus on brand development, consumer insights, and growth strategy across multiple industries. His expertise encompasses digital marketing, cross-functional team building, data analytics, and strategic partnerships.

Jonathan Cox serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Manhattan Associates. His professional focus areas include project management, IT strategy development and implementation, IT sourcing, cost optimization, and business process analysis and improvement.

Mark Larsen is Chief Executive Officer at Connexure, a private equity-backed software and business services company. He brings operational experience building platforms through organic growth and M&A in the lower-middle market, along with prior consulting work with startups and Fortune 500 companies on sales effectiveness, organizational design, and cost optimization. Larsen has expertise in SaaS business models, self-funded medical benefits, and labor arbitrage across software, professional services, insurance, and healthcare sectors.
