Anissa has over seven years in business development and strategic partnerships across Asia-Pacific, previously leading market and partnership teams at Traveloka. She joined Spiral Ventures in February 2023, handling deal sourcing and portfolio support in Southeast Asia.

Charlie previously worked in audit and IPO consulting at Deloitte in Japan and Singapore. He joined Spiral Ventures in November 2018 and oversees fund management and portfolio growth. He is a CPA in Japan and a USCPA, with a degree from Keio University.

Serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Spiral Ventures, responsible for ensuring compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Irawan spent four years at GoTo Group in supply operations, product and business development, and previously worked as a consultant in Tokyo. He joined Spiral Ventures in late 2022, leading deal sourcing and portfolio growth in Southeast Asia. He holds a B.Eng. from Shonan Institute of Technology.

Takeo previously worked on credit rating and CMBS at Moody's and Morgan Stanley, then joined J-Will Partners where he led flagship fund fundraising. He joined Spiral Ventures in June 2017, responsible for investor relations and branch representative operations.

Yuji spent years at Recruit across accounting, finance, corporate planning and new business, then joined IMJ, becoming CFO in 2008. In 2012 he founded IMJ Investment Partners and later established a Singapore headquarters in 2013, where he leads investment activities.
