Steve Tighe is Managing Member of IPD Capital. He previously served on the executive management committee for Global Banking and Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Chief of Staff and head of the COO organization, and earlier held roles including Head of Americas Equity Sales, Head of Americas Equity Research, and Head of Global Pharmaceutical Research at Merrill Lynch. Before Wall Street, where he began his career at J.P. Morgan & Company, he was a member of the technical staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories; he holds an MBA from Wharton and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from UCSD.

Ben Gindhart earned a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Miami. At IPD Capital, which he joined in 2020, he handles sourcing, evaluating, and executing venture investments across technology and healthcare, leading financial analysis, due diligence, and market research. He also helps build and advise early-stage companies.

Greg Benante holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a BA in History from the University of Virginia (Darden School of Business). He started his investing career at CAV Angels and CAV Ventures, backing early-stage technology, healthcare, and consumer goods companies, and previously worked as an operator leading sales and business development teams at Bloomberg and Gartner. At IPD Capital, he works with founders, executives, and co-investors across the full investment cycle in technology companies.

Malan Rampton is General Counsel and Director of Research at IPD Capital, having previously worked as an Analyst at IPD Analytics. Earlier in his career he was a law clerk for Judge Randall R. Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and an attorney at Fish & Richardson P.C. in Washington, DC, focusing on patent litigation and prosecution. He also holds engineering experience from Compaq Computer Corporation and the Space Dynamics Laboratory, along with a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University.
