Ayaka Matsumoto is Corporate Development Manager at TNB Aura, where she works on investor relations and fundraising with Japanese corporates and researches Japan–Southeast Asia market dynamics. She previously held strategy and venture advisory roles at Accenture Japan and Deloitte Japan (Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support), supporting Japan-based CVCs on new business strategy, startup due diligence, and cross-border collaboration, and began her career in the real estate division of a Japanese railway group. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor's in Management Engineering, a Minor in Sustainability, and a Specialization in Decision Science.

Mat Jirvonn Reyes is a Research Analyst at TNB Aura, a venture capital firm focused on Southeast Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Entrepreneurship from Ateneo de Manila University, with a minor in Data Science and Analytics and a specialization in Financial Management. Reyes is a co-founder of Kebro's and Nom Nom's, and has participated in the NUS-NOC Singapore program and accelerators including BLOCK71 and QBO.

Natalie Ng is part of the investment team at TNB Aura, where she works across the end-to-end investment process, including thematic research, outbound sourcing, due diligence, investments, and portfolio management. Before venture capital, she was on the Strategy & Operations team at Salesforce ASEAN and has prior experience in SMEs, startups, and technology consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs from Yale-NUS College.
