Lukas André began his career as a startup founder during the early internet era before moving into investing at an investment boutique in Zurich and Geneva. In 2016 he partnered with Samuli to establish Redstone's activities in Switzerland, and he is responsible for the firm's operations there.

Michael Brehm is a co-founder and General Partner at Redstone. He is involved across the firm's investment strategies and new initiatives, oversees fundraising for those strategies, and supports startups and founders, with a focus on the firm's data and software approach to investing.

Mickaël Bellaïche is a General Partner who joined Redstone in 2017 after working in M&A in London. He leads several of the firm's investment strategies and sits on the investment committee for a number of funds, focusing initially on FinTech and later expanding into AI, DeepTech, Health, and Education. He is also responsible for new fund and strategy launches and fundraising.

Samuli Sirén co-founded Redstone in 2013 with co-founder Michael, after conceiving the idea of a platform to streamline and scale venture capital operations. He serves as Group CEO, overseeing the firm's international growth, strategy, and key business partnerships. He has expressed interest in climate protection and sustainable innovation as a focus area.

Ben Scheidt is a Partner at Redstone who joined the investment team in early 2020 after starting his career in strategy consulting at a boutique firm connected to Stanford University. He runs one of the firm's early-stage funds focused on deeptech, AI infrastructure, and software, and works with LPs, portfolio companies, and on the firm's broader strategy and partnerships.

Götz Gleichmann is Managing Director of Redstone's Bridge to Growth (BTG) venture debt fund, which he co-founded in 2019 with colleague Samuli. His responsibilities span the full lifecycle of the fund, including its setup, fundraising, deal sourcing, deal making, deal monitoring, controlling, and exits.

Kaj Hagros is Managing Partner for the Nordics at Redstone and serves as GP for the Redstone Nordic Seed Fund. He previously was CEO of a Nasdaq Helsinki–listed telecom IT firm and worked as COO for FOX Mobile (formerly Jamba) in Berlin. He has made around 50 investments and run several corporate venturing programs.

Marco Stutz is a Partner at Redstone based in Switzerland, where he joined in 2021. He has more than a decade of experience in venture capital across over 50 investments, and works on investment strategy, deal sourcing, and post-closing portfolio management. As part of the Swiss team, he supports both European and international investments.

Martin Scherrer spent 15 years in the startup ecosystem as a founder and later as a business angel and coach before joining Redstone in 2019. At Redstone he sets up and manages sector funds, including a VC fund focused on the transformation of the health industry.

Mohamed Foulser is a Partner at Redstone, where he has worked since 2019. Before entering venture capital he founded a company that became part of his family business and later worked as an engineer, then began his VC career in the UK. At Redstone he manages and executes the firm's Industrial strategy, covering sourcing, investing, and portfolio management, and provides technical input on deals for other funds.

Niklas Grunewald has worked in venture capital for over a decade and helped start Redstone in 2014. After investing the firm's first vintage, he left to build his own venture and led venture capital and innovation for Deutsche Bank in Europe, later rejoining Redstone to launch and invest its Built World Fund, which he now heads as Managing Partner.

Robert Shan is a Managing Partner at Redstone, based in Hong Kong, where he joined in July 2025. He is responsible for growth investments and strategic acquisition funds, with an interest in deep tech and the Asian economy.

Timo Fleig joined Redstone in 2025 after roughly ten years working with Samuli and the team, during which they launched and managed two fintech funds together. He serves as Managing Partner of the Fintech & Beyond fund, overseeing fund structuring and fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio company advising. He focuses on fintech and B2B-SaaS investments.

Mickael Bellaiche pairs venture leadership and fixed‑income strategist experience to deliver structured financial analysis, macro credit insight, plus M&A (London) and VC (Berlin) expertise for cooperative‑bank‑backed fintechs.

Aleksandr Glushkov joined Redstone's tech team in 2022 after completing a bachelor's degree in software engineering, working on NLP-related projects in venture capital. He develops and maintains software tools for the investment team, provides technical support, and analyzes data to support investment decisions.

Axel Wünsch joined Redstone in 2015 after working at automotive and pharmaceutical companies and later at a large consulting firm, where he focused on project management in IT-strategy projects and compliance matters and served as Chief Knowledge Officer. At Redstone he is responsible for organizing resources, tools, and personnel, and manages the contractual aspects and structuring of the firm's sector funds.

Christine Xu joined Redstone in July 2025 as part of the investment team based in Hong Kong. She focuses on the intersection of policy, technology, and capital, working to prepare the firm's Deep Tech portfolio companies and investors for global markets.

Frederike Wolff joined Redstone in 2022 after being introduced to startups and venture capital during her studies at RWTH. She works with the firm's FinTech and B2B SaaS fund.

Klas Johansen joined Redstone and its Blue strategy fund team in 2025, after founding an ocean technology investment specialist. He co-leads the Blue fund and serves as Redstone's representative in Sweden, with responsibilities spanning investor relations, fundraising, deal sourcing, and investment analysis.

Lucas Paul has worked in the startup space for over seven years and first joined Redstone's Investment Team in 2017. He later co-founded a proptech startup where he served as COO, overseeing product development and go-to-market, before returning to Redstone to build its Social Impact fund. He now manages the firm's Social Impact strategy, covering deal-making, portfolio management, and investor relations.

Madeline Marques is a Team Assistant at Redstone, having joined in winter 2020. Her responsibilities include preparatory bookkeeping, handling the payroll accounting interface, and serving as personal assistant to the CEO.

Marco Bruns is a Finance & Operations Manager at Redstone, which he joined in 2025 after collaborating with the team on two fintech funds over the prior decade. For the firm's Fintech & Beyond Fund, he oversees financial and reporting processes, operational workflows, and investor relationships.

Martin Oertel is Finance Director at Redstone. He first joined the Redstone network in 2018 at one of the firm's portfolio companies before joining Redstone full time in 2024. His work focuses on the firm's Luxembourg funds along with internal financial operations and strategic planning.

Richard Würl joined Redstone in 2020 and works on the firm's FinTech and B2B software strategy, evaluating new investments and supporting portfolio companies. Before venture investing, he was part of the early teams at Planetly and Vectornator.

Sergey Onoyko is Finance Director at Redstone, which he joined in 2023 after developing long-standing interests in investing and financial management. He focuses on the finance function for the firm's Built World and Social Impact strategies.

Shinan Yin joined Redstone in 2021 and works as Finance Director. As a fund controller, the responsibilities cover planning, modeling, monitoring, and liquidity management of the funds, as well as the general financial management of the firm.

Susanna Szwaja works at Redstone as Workplace Manager and Event Support. She oversees day-to-day operations and helps organize internal events for the team.

Svenja Spirtz works as Workplace Manager / Assistant at Redstone, where she supports the front office and management team. Before Redstone, she worked at various law firms and another Berlin-based venture capital firm.

Tuomo Veivo joined Redstone in May 2025 and is part of the Nordics investment team, co-leading Redstone Blue, a venture fund in preparation focused on the Blue Economy and based in Turku, Finland. His background spans private equity in infrastructure, growth equity, and venture capital, with a growing focus on earlier-stage investing.

Chairman of Cowles Company who joined in 1992 and leads the broadcasting, insurance, and real estate divisions, with a background in real estate development and broadcast expansion. A former lawyer at Davis, Wright, Tremaine, she holds a BA from Dartmouth and a JD from George Washington University.

Founder of Aboa Advest and a Certified Board Member (CBM) who serves as a guest lecturer on CBM courses at the Chamber of Commerce.
