Joined Proximity Capital in 2023. He co-founded Jupiter Finance, an NPL-focused fintech acquired by Cerved Group in 2011, and has been involved in ventures including Copernion Ventures, Cloud Accelerator, and Venture Box. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering.

Andrea Silvello is an entrepreneur and investor with experience in strategy consulting at BCG and Bain. He has founded approximately ten companies spanning business consulting, InsurTech, digital media, fashion, real estate, and digital health, with several successful exits. Silvello currently serves as an advisor at Proximity Capital and founded TopChampagne, a content and community platform for champagne enthusiasts.

Bob supports the investment team in sourcing opportunities and navigating initial screening phases by retrieving and analyzing key information to identify signals and minimize evaluation biases.

Giorgio Ponticelli is an investor and advisor with over 15 years of experience building and scaling consumer technology companies across Europe. He has held COO and international leadership roles managing commercial operations across 11+ markets and leading teams exceeding 300 people, with board experience across multiple countries. His advisory work focuses on operations, go-to-market strategy, market entry and expansion, and organizational design.

Joined Proximity Capital in 2024, responsible for building the firm's technology stack and developing products for the investment team. He holds a master's in Innovation Management from Bocconi University.

Previously worked at PoliHub, the startup accelerator of Politecnico di Milano, supporting technical founders. He holds a master's in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Nicola Triglione is a cardiologist with training in sports cardiology from the University of Washington and clinical experience at Ospedale Niguarda in Milan. He specializes in preventive cardiology and longevity medicine, having served as medical director of an Italian longevity center based on protocols developed by Valter Longo and as a cardiologist for Ferrari's medical team. He currently serves as scientific advisor to Proximity Capital while maintaining a private clinical practice focused on cardiovascular prevention and longevity protocols, and has authored a book on health and fatigue published by Sperling & Kupfer.

Stefano Gatti is Head of Data & Analytics at Nexi, where he leads strategic initiatives in AI, data platforms, and business intelligence. With over 25 years of experience in data and innovation across organizations including Cerved, he focuses on aligning technology, organizational dynamics, and culture to enable data-driven decision-making. Gatti teaches data and AI at Università Cattolica, has authored multiple books on artificial intelligence and data culture, publishes a weekly newsletter on data culture, and advises companies and venture capital firms on data strategy and AI adoption.

Tommaso Gamaleri is a financial services and fintech executive with 25 years of experience in consulting, insurance, and digital banking. He began his career at Bain & Company, where he led debt restructuring initiatives for distressed SMEs, and later co-founded ConTe.it at Admiral Group, building it into a leading Italian online insurer. At Younited, he held roles including CEO Italy, CEO Europe, and Group Executive Vice President, overseeing the company's expansion to over 1.5 million customers and its January 2025 IPO, while also establishing partnerships with major financial institutions and technology companies.
