He has helped fund 25+ growth-stage companies across 40+ rounds alongside domestic and international VCs, family offices, and angel investors. At Auxano, he serves as Partner and Investment Manager, working with the team to source opportunities, support portfolio growth, and drive exits.

Mohit Handa is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of corporate experience in business transformation, strategy, and execution across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe, with expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. As a Partner at Auxano, he works on identifying investment opportunities, managing portfolio companies, and advising founders on financial structure and scaling. He also focuses on relationships with LPs and stakeholders.

Mansi Handa is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in finance, compliance, taxation, and litigation. She previously worked in transfer pricing at a Big 4 consulting firm, handling compliance, planning, advisory, Advance Pricing Assignments (APA), and audits. Since 2023 she has worked with Auxano's investment team analyzing opportunities, reviewing transaction documents, monitoring portfolio progress, and supporting portfolio companies on growth, systems, and compliance.

Rakesh Rana is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of experience who has handled finance, accounts, and compliance at Auxano since early 2021. As the fund's Compliance Officer, he oversees adherence to RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory requirements, manages financial reporting and audits, and supports fund operations including expense structuring and investor reporting.

Aditya Golani is an Investment Analyst at Auxano Capital with a management degree specializing in finance from Delhi University. He works on market research, deal flow management, pitch deck evaluation, and investor relations, while pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Golani has technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Python, alongside standard business software applications.
