Investment thesis
Coinvest Capital is a sector- and stage-agnostic evergreen VC fund with EUR 44.3M committed capital and EUR 13.08M dry powder. It always co-invests with business angels and/or other investors on a pari-passu basis, typically alongside at least three accredited angels who share in exit profits. While open to all sectors, it prioritizes areas of strategic importance to Lithuania: GreenTech/ClimateTech/EnergyTech, Life Sciences & MedTech, DeepTech/Big Data/AI, Space/Aviation/Transport, and Defence/Dual-Use. Funded with public money from Lithuania and the EU, its patient capital enables business-driven decisions and investment in R&D-intensive startups with longer horizons.
