He previously co-founded Goals101.ai and held leadership roles in lending at Paytm and Atome Financial, where he developed BNPL and digital credit platforms across India and Southeast Asia. His background also includes experience in the semiconductor industry at Mentor Graphics.

Abhijit Joshi is Director of Venture Debt at Trifecta Capital Advisors, bringing 18 years of experience across venture debt fund management, corporate and investment banking, NBFC lending, and wealth advisory. He actively manages a venture debt portfolio exceeding INR 1,600 crores across multiple sectors including fintech, edtech, SaaS, healthtech, and logistics, with a credit cost of less than 2% and a 0% NPA record on structured deals. His background includes roles at Kotak and ICICI, and he has led portfolio exits through IPO, strategic sales, and secondary routes.

Arijit Sarkar is a Partner at Trifecta Capital focusing on venture debt investments. He has previous experience as a fintech founder, management consultant at McKinsey, and quantitative analyst, along with leadership-level roles in organized retail. Nevil Kathiria is an Associate Vice President at Trifecta Capital with experience in investment banking and management consulting across enterprise technology, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and power sectors. Swathi Dhamodaran holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a Computer Science degree from NIT Trichy. She currently leads Strategic Finance & Analytics at Airbnb and brings experience spanning venture capital, software development, and Goldman Sachs, where she built execution systems for trading desks. Over four years in venture capital, she invested in and advised enterprise software and AI companies including Atomicwork, Bluecopa, and Scribbledata, while conducting user research and supporting product and go-to-market strategy for early-stage startups.
