Investment thesis
Blueprint targets the gap it calls the 'missing middle' — companies that are already working and ready to scale, positioned between high-loss-rate venture bets and control-oriented private equity buyouts. It invests in vertical software, AI-native technology, and tech-enabled services, aiming to help founders compound rather than simply grow. The firm pairs flexible capital with hands-on operational support across go-to-market, talent/recruiting, corporate and business development (including M&A), FP&A, RevOps, AI planning, and capital markets. Blueprint offers flexible structures including minority or majority investments, growth capital, and liquidity for founders or prior investors, and can support companies across multiple funding rounds.
