Martin Ouzounov joined Eleven as COO before becoming a Partner, bringing experience in auditing, M&A, investments, and fundraising across multiple regions and industries. He has previously held roles as CFO, COO, and M&A manager.

Co-founder of Telerik, Telerik Academy, and Campus X, he grew Telerik into a global company of 850+ people across 11 offices, and is an active mentor, advisor, and angel investor. He serves as BESCO chair and board member at Teach for Bulgaria and the American University in Bulgaria.

Partner at Eleven leading the healthcare investment team, with extensive private equity experience gained at Global Finance, Bancroft Private Equity, and Axxess Capital, and service on more than 30 company boards. He previously held managerial roles as CEO of Orgachim and executive positions at Royal Dutch Shell.

Vassil Terziev is Mayor of Sofia Municipality. He previously founded and grew a company through rapid expansion and exit, followed by experience at a US public company. He mentors younger entrepreneurs and works with former co-founders on Telerik Academy, an educational initiative focused on developing talent in software development, quality assurance, product management, and marketing.

An investment principal at Eleven with more than ten years of venture capital experience who has been with the fund since its early days. He works with the Climate and Sustainability portfolio and is interested in health, nutrition, longevity, ecommerce, and fintech, and co-founded the Bulgarian non-profit ABLE.

Investment Principal and Fintech Lead at Eleven with a background in marketing and product development at financial institutions including Mastercard, Alpha Bank, and Postbank. She was part of the founding team behind the Visa Innovation Program Europe, a fintech initiative run in partnership between Visa and Eleven Ventures.
