Sachin Tagra has more than 25 years of operating and investing experience across consumer, retail, media, and technology. Before JSW Ventures, he led Capital18, the media and venture investment arm of the Network18 Group, and earlier set up the early-stage investment model of Brand Capital at the Times Group, investing in startups since 2014. He previously ran P&Ls at businesses including Reliance Retail, Times Group, and The Friedman Group US, and co-founded revenue-based financing platform GetVantage.

Murli Maniyar is the Finance Controller at JSW Ventures, where he leads finance, compliance, and portfolio support functions and works on investment and exit execution as well as investor relations. He previously worked at Deloitte India across audit and advisory, serving clients in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, and hospitality. He is a Chartered Accountant, has cleared Level 2 of the CFA Program, and holds a NISM certification in Alternative Investment Fund Management.

Pranay Shah previously worked as an analyst at WAM Partners, a New York venture capital firm, where he sourced deals and conducted financial and market analyses of early and growth-stage startups, focusing on Energy, CleanTech, and FinTech. He holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

Karan Seth has over a decade of experience in venture transactions across early and growth stage companies, along with work in M&A and alternative investments. He previously was a Vice President at InnoVen Capital, where he invested in logistics, B2B managed marketplaces, D2C brands, agritech, and fintech, and earlier worked as a Deal Advisory Valuations Analyst at KPMG. He holds the CAIA Charter, is a CFA Level III candidate, and graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a double major in Finance and Economics.

Mayank Potlapalli has over four years of experience sourcing and evaluating early stage startups in India. He previously worked as an Investment Analyst at SucSEED Ventures, where he handled deal sourcing, research, and portfolio management, and established the fund's portfolio function as its first team member. He holds an Honors degree in Business Administration from Christ University, Bangalore, and has completed all three levels of the CFA program.

Niyati Raval has 12 years of experience in investments, advisory, and portfolio management, focusing on the Consumer, BFSI, and Healthcare sectors. Before JSW Ventures, she worked on the investments team at DSG Consumer Partners and served as Associate Director at NorthernArc Capital, and earlier held advisory roles at Morgan Stanley and IIFL. She is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, and holds an FRM certification from GARP.
