Senior Partner and CFO of Emerald Technology Ventures who joined shortly after the firm's founding in 2001, holding roles across both the investment and corporate sides; he now leads corporate development, including new product launches and digital and corporate finance initiatives. Previously a financial controller at Swiss tour operator Kuoni Travel, he holds a finance degree from Zurich/Winterthur and is a CFA charterholder.

Anandhi Gokhale is an Investment Director covering the energy and power sectors, involved across sourcing, evaluation, selection and portfolio support. Anvesh Madabushi is based in Emerald's Singapore office and focuses on the mobility and automation sector, working across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support. He previously worked at Daimler Trucks Asia (Mitsubishi Fuso) in Japan and at vanadium redox flow battery maker VFlowTech in Singapore, and holds a master's in electrical engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Clayton MacDougald is a water and wastewater sector specialist at Emerald who defines the firm's investment strategy in that sector and works across sourcing, diligence, selection and portfolio support. He joined Emerald in 2020 after roles at GE Water & Process Technologies (now Suez) and Xylem, and holds a BSc from Queen's University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.

Kelven Lam leads Emerald's investment strategy in the water and wastewater sectors, covering sourcing, evaluation, selection and support of startups from diligence to exit. He previously co-founded a clean-tech spin-off from Singapore's A*STAR, founded a wastewater treatment and recycling consultancy, and helped launch Imagine H2O's first water innovation accelerator outside the US as Senior Program Manager.

Raghu focuses on the Industrial IT and AI sectors from Emerald's Toronto office, participating across sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio support through exit. He has over eight years of experience across North America and Asia in engineering, technology consulting, and product management, and holds an MBA from INSEAD plus master's and bachelor's degrees in data science and computer science engineering.

Corporate finance and M&A specialist at Emerald Technology Ventures, working on due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, and exits. Previously an associate at private equity firm Novo Tellus and worked at BDA Partners and BNP Paribas on cross-border M&A and capital raising.

Neil Cameron holds a PhD in Chemistry from McGill University and a BSc in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of King's College (Dalhousie University), and works in both English and French.

Emmi leads Emerald's Sprint startup collaboration program for corporations. She previously worked in corporate venturing and open innovation in cleantech at Fortum, Wärtsilä and Veolia, and earlier was part of the Finnish Cleantech Cluster team. She holds a master's in Economics and a bachelor's in Sustainable Development.

Lindsay Hamilton is a corporate finance and M&A specialist focused on due diligence, valuation, structuring, and exits. She previously worked in corporate development at Dentalcorp and in audit/assurance roles at Deloitte and Crowe Soberman, and holds a CPA and a degree from Western University.

Mariam organizes Emerald's corporate and investor engagement events, including the Asia Climate Tech Venture Fair and the European Venture Fair. She previously worked at Eastspring Investments in Singapore and Bombardier in Zurich, and served as a personal assistant to the Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Zurich.

Deputy head of the management agency for the Swiss Technology Fund mandate, responsible for analyzing loan guarantee applications and making recommendations to the guarantee committee. Melanie Aulich serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager at Emerald's Zurich office, handling administrative and organizational tasks. She previously held executive assistant roles in a software engineering company and the insurance sector.

Monika Adamowicz leads the People function at Emerald Technology Ventures, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, development and retention. She previously served as Chief People Officer at Loylogic Group and held various HR roles, and holds a Master of Psychology from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw.
