An economist from Cambridge and a chartered accountant, Kushal spent over 20 years at strategy consulting firms and later led e& (Etisalat)'s CVC fund, deploying USD 180 million between 2022 and 2025. He co-founded Dubai Angel Investors and joined Raed in 2025.

He also cofounded GoodBread, a small business lending platform, and advises venture funds and companies globally, including in the Middle East and Africa. Levine co-founded Pledge 1%, a global network of companies committing equity, time, and product to their communities, and is active in Colorado's entrepreneurship ecosystem. He has co-authored two books: The New Builders (2021) and the national bestseller Capital Evolution (2025).
