Michael Kleindl is the Founder and Managing Partner of Collateral Good, a global thesis-driven multi-strategy investment firm focused on innovation in materials, manufacturing processes, and circular business models across the Food, Packaging, Textile, and Fashion industries. The firm manages €100M in assets and operates a Corporate Innovation Platform with partners including HUGO BOSS, Grupo BIMBO, Amcor, HAVI, and Sigma. Before founding the firm, Kleindl worked as an entrepreneur, taking a company public and participating in more than 200 transactions across venture, growth, and M&A, including 28 exits and 4 IPOs.

Damian Hills is a Partner at Collateral Good, a Zurich-based climate-first venture capital firm, where he focuses on the investment thesis, capital raising, LP relationships, and the firm's governance and institutionalisation. A chartered accountant who qualified with Deloitte in the UK and Hong Kong, he spent close to three decades in M&A and capital raising across NatWest Markets, Société Générale, Alpha Advisory, and an in-house role at Williams plc, and previously served on the LPAC of BHV Food I during its voluntary liquidation. He is a board observer at Polymateria, a UK plastics biotransformation company, and co-founded a Singapore retail business in 2012 comprising the brands Danish Design Co. and Kühl Home.

Isabella Kleindl is a Project Manager at Collateral Good, a venture capital firm based in Zurich, where she supports brand-building, investor relations, and capital formation. She has over eight years of experience across talent acquisition, HR, project management, and partnerships in international settings, including work during a startup acquisition and an attempt to franchise a restaurant concept. Having grown up and studied in Spain and Germany and worked in the UK and Switzerland, she is fluent in German, Spanish, and English, with some knowledge of Italian.

Jana van den Bergen is an Associate at Collateral Good, working on the investment team and supporting capital formation and industry networking. She previously worked in the sustainability team at PHV and at Fashion for Good, where she assessed over 500 sustainable fashion technology startups and helped scale more than 30 of them. She also gained private equity buyout experience at BB Capital Investments in The Hague.

Raffaella Piazzesi is an Impact Manager at Collateral Good, where she advises Collateral Good Management AG on implementing its impact framework, integrating ESG across the investment lifecycle, and supporting portfolio companies in sectors including packaging, food, and textiles. Her work covers impact measurement, reporting, and portfolio value creation, with prior experience spanning EdTech, nonprofits, and financial services. She has over a decade of experience across social innovation, product strategy, and impact management.

Robin Bloch manages fund operations at Collateral Good, supporting both portfolio companies and internal fund processes. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company advising food, fashion, and retail clients, and has entrepreneurial experience including founding a sports nutrition brand and working with early-stage startups.
