Longtime entrepreneur and investor in growth companies. Previously built the impact investment portfolio at the Eleos Foundation as Executive Director and invested through several private equity partnerships across the Americas.

Oversees GP's social investment funds, including debt fund and portfolio management and credit management. Previously President of ShoreBank Pacific with over 30 years in banking, lending, and investment management, and served on boards of development and microfinance banks internationally.

Oversees legal and operations for GP. Previously a partner at DLA Piper for nearly ten years and General Counsel of a wireless company; holds a law degree from Harvard Law School.

Manages the financial and administrative aspects of the organization. Spent twelve years in alternative investments, most recently as CFO of a New York hedge fund, and is a CPA.

Oversees GP's debt fund activity, fund economics, and credit of debt investments. Joined in 2013, led the credit team, and previously spent seven years at Citigroup in New York and Colombia.

Leads GP's Capital and Impact Team, overseeing investment research, impact management, and investor relations. Joined in 2009 and previously a Fulbright Scholar researching conflict and gender in Colombia.

Joined in 2015 and leads documentation of loan transactions and coordination with partners and attorneys in Latin America. Licensed to practice law in Mexico and as a Foreign Law Consultant in Washington State.

Joined in 2018 performing credit and financial analysis and supporting the Social Investment Team monitoring Latin America investments. Previously Country Manager in Nicaragua for OIKOCREDIT.

Develops new ways for individuals, especially Donor Advised Fund holders, to support GP's mission. Joined in April 2025 with a background in product development and marketing at companies including Unilever and American Express.

Supports development of the global portfolio across Africa and Asia, with expertise in accounting, finance, and risk analysis. Previously spent over six years in the microfinance sector leading rating assessments.

Provides legal advice and support as part of the Finance and Operations Team. Joined in 2022 after roles at NYU's Grunin Center and Cleary Gottlieb; member of the bar in New York and Washington State.

Supports due diligence analysis, pipeline expansion, and partner relationships in Latin America. An economist and political scientist with experience at the Inter-American Development Bank and KPMG.

Leads GP's presence and partner relationships across East, Central, and Southern Africa. Brings over 18 years in portfolio management and impact investment, most recently at adOpes Limited.

Manages GP's fund compliance and contractual relationships with investors and partners. Has been with GP since 2006, initially supporting the Development and Finance teams.

Joined in 2020 and manages GP's information technology systems. Previously worked with technology and data at several nonprofits and in the expedition cruise industry.

Works on closing loan transactions and coordination with local partners and attorneys. Previously worked on projects at the World Bank Group, IFC, IDB, UN Women, and the OAS.

Oversees downstream operations of GP's investment portfolio. Joined in 2009 and was drawn to international work through study abroad experiences in Ghana, Guatemala, and Spain.

Brings over six years in financial services in Colombia in fund management and investment, and worked as an ESG analyst in Paris analyzing companies for impact investment and sustainable development.

Serves as a thought partner for GP's Latin America investments, managing impact-first recommendations in the pipeline. Previously a McKinsey consultant and project manager at Generation.org.

Conducts impact-first partner screening and analysis and supports partner engagement, based in Nairobi. Joined in 2025 with prior experience at the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation.

Manages partner relationships in Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, and Paraguay and drives portfolio expansion. Joined in 2024 after seven years at Incofin Investment Management, and teaches Inclusive Fintech at CESA in Bogotá.

Leads GP's marketing and communications. Previously supported social impact clients and served nearly a decade at USAID in communications roles.

Oversees GP's portfolio across East, Central, and Southern Africa, leading investment strategy, partner engagement, and due diligence. Joined in 2024 with over 11 years managing investments across Africa and Latin America.

Responsible for impact-first screening, impact data monitoring, and market research. Holds a PhD in Sociology and an MPhil in Development Studies from Oxford.

Manages GP's Bogotá office team and partner relationships across Latin America and the Caribbean, leading the due diligence team. Previously worked for the Central American Bank for Economic Integration.

Manages partner relationships in Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and El Salvador. Joined GP's Managua office in 2011 with over fifteen years analyzing microfinance institutions.

Responsible for GP's donor and investor databases and administrative work related to investor and fund operations. Joined in 2018 after working in finance at a software company.

Oversees accounting operations, bank activities, and borrower payments. Previously interned in aviation finance and budget at the Port of Seattle.

Investment Committee member and Chief Investment Officer of the Wright Family Office since 2005, managing a portfolio of public and private securities. Came from investment banking with an M&A focus; holds a JD and MBA from UT Austin.

Bill Richter is the CEO of Qumulo and a venture partner at Madrona, where he helps identify new investments and advises portfolio companies on strategy and operations. He built more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology, including serving as president of EMC's Isilon Storage Division, which he grew to $1.5 billion in annual revenue, and as COO of EMC's Midrange Storage business. Earlier, he was Isilon's public company CFO through its $2.5 billion sale to EMC in 2010, and before that a finance director at Amazon.com. He began his career with eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focused on the technology industry in Seattle and later London.

Brian O'Reilly serves as Head of Innovation at Greenlight Re, where he leads the company's innovation division. In this role, he evaluates insurance technology applications and oversees partnerships with early-stage startups, providing investment capital, risk capacity, and strategic guidance to support their growth.

Investment Committee member who was part of the original Sevin Rosen team and is regarded as one of the venture industry's most successful investors, with exits including Landmark Graphics, Monterey Networks and CIENA. Formerly served on the National Venture Capital Association board (1997-2001).
