Paul Brodie has more than 10 years of financial services experience in Europe, spanning strategy, product management, and sales roles at global banks. He most recently served as Head of Sales, Cash & Liquidity Management at MUFG, working with multinational corporates and investment banking clients across the EMEA region.

Reuben Lim is a Managing Director at Mars Growth Capital, where he leads originations across the region. He has close to two decades of experience across management, business development, strategy, and go-to-market execution, spanning the private, public, and non-profit sectors, with industry exposure including aviation, real estate investment, marine, intellectual property, and fintech. He earned a Bachelor of Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University and a Graduate Diploma in IP Management and Innovation Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Gabriele (Gab) Nardo is an investor with more than ten years of experience across various strategies and asset classes. Before joining Liquidity, he headed investment operations at an early-stage hybrid capital fund focused on the creative sectors, and his earlier career included roles in private equity and investment banking.

Justin Langen previously worked at Uncapped, a revenue-based finance provider, as Head of Investor Partnerships, where he closed global VC-backed deals and worked on a SaaS lending product. Before that, he led strategic projects at Swoop Funding, a debt/equity/grants platform for SMBs, and worked on portfolio strategy at UK-based VC Blenheim Chalcot.

Omer Karni previously worked for over two years as a Business Analyst at a consulting firm, where he carried out economic feasibility assessments and evaluated options for large-scale infrastructure projects while providing strategic consulting. He holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from IDC Herzliya.

Omri Meitav has more than four years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst across various industries. Prior to Liquidity, he worked at Ernst & Young, providing consulting services, handling large-scale M&A transactions, and conducting business valuations. He holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Stav Elron has over five years of experience in financial advisory services and auditing of companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Before joining Liquidity, Stav worked as a Manager in KPMG's Transaction Services department, handling cross-border transactions and buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Stav holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Alon Abramovich focuses on corporate and commercial law, with experience advising on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and investments. Before joining Mars Growth Capital, he worked as an M&A and Hi-Tech Associate at the Tel Aviv law firm EBN & Co. and clerked for retired Israeli Supreme Court Justice Anat Baron. He holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.

Ilan Raviv is the CEO of Meitav Dash and has spent more than 30 years in the financial industry across Israel, London, and Geneva. His prior roles include CEO of U-Bank, Manager at the Jacob Safra Bank in Switzerland, Treasurer of Israel Discount Bank, and Senior Dealer on the Foreign Currency Reserve Management Team at the Bank of Israel.

Morikuni (Mori) Abe joined Mars Growth Capital in 2026. Before that, he spent over sixteen years at MUFG Bank, including a decade in private capital banking focused on leveraged finance and LP investments in private equity funds across Japan and Europe, and most recently led growth initiatives in London including the launch of a European mid-market direct lending platform and an infrastructure debt fund partnership. He holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School and a BA in Business and Commerce from Keio University.

Novy Tan holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of London and previously worked as a Compliance Officer in the insurance and banking sectors. She also earned an Advance Certificate in Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance from the International Compliance Association.

Olivier Artinyan previously worked in strategy and investment roles at BCG Paris, technology companies in France and the Netherlands, and CPP Investments in London. His areas of expertise include private equity, direct lending, big data analytics, fintech, financial institutions, and eCommerce. He holds an MSc in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.

Orel Nunu has over four years of experience in customer-facing roles spanning business development, finance, and sales within the investment banking and fintech sectors. This work has included managing full sales cycles, deal flow management, and fundraising. Nunu holds an MBA with a finance specialization from the College of Management.

Oren Avidan is a Senior Associate at Mars Growth Capital, where he evaluates and structures venture debt and private credit facilities for technology companies across Asia-Pacific. He has more than six years of experience across investment banking, venture debt, and growth equity, with a focus on credit analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management. Before Mars Growth Capital, he worked at Liquidity Capital in Israel and at Mars Equity in Singapore, and he holds a MSc in Data Science & Machine Learning from Reichman University and a BA in Accounting & Economics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Osamu Abe became CEO of Mars Equity and a board member of Mars Equity & Mars Debt Funds in Singapore in March 2024. He spent 26 years at MUFG in corporate and investment banking, holding senior roles across its Tokyo, London, and New York offices, most recently as Managing Director and Deputy Head of Global Corporate & Investment Banking for APAC. He holds a Master of Science in Business from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Law from Tokyo University.

Ron Daniel has spent the past 15 years founding and running subscription-based companies. He founded PlanetSoho, The Karaoke Channel, and Individual TV, and served as a general manager at Kenshoo Local. He also worked with companies including WalkMe and MYT to help scale them.

Takashi Kawazoe began his career at MUFG as a Relationship Manager serving SMEs at a local branch in Tokyo. In 2021, he moved to the International Credit Division as a Credit Analyst covering large Korean and Taiwanese enterprises. He joined Mars Growth Capital as an Investment Manager in 2024.

Yaron Primovich manages Liquidity's Credit Solutions team and previously led its Singapore-based fund, Mars Growth Capital. Prior to Liquidity, he worked at EY as a Manager handling cross-border M&A and capital fundraising transactions, having begun his career as an auditor for NASDAQ-listed companies. He is a certified public accountant (CPA).

Yoshito Mori has more than 25 years of experience in banking, working in both Japan and the United States. He started his career in 1999 at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (a predecessor of MUFG) and has held roles in strategic planning, economic research, credit, and corporate governance, as well as serving as business manager to the global headquarters' Chairman, President & CEO. Since March 2024 he has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at MUFG Bank Turkey.

Yusuke Sakishima was appointed to the board of Mars Growth Capital in May 2025. He serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) at MUFG, where he has worked for over 20 years across corporate and investment banking, strategic planning, and business development in both Tokyo and London, previously holding the role of Managing Director and Deputy Head of the GCIB Planning Division. He holds an MBA from Hitotsubashi University and a BA in Economics from Keio University.

Yuval Gavish has worked in banking for around 30 years, holding senior positions including deputy-CEO and Head of the Business and Banking Unit at Discount Bank, Chairman of the Board at Discount Bank Mortgages, and CEO of Bank Leumi Mortgages. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Cal Credit Cards of Israel and Diners Club Israel.

Four decades of experience across venture capital and entrepreneurship. Co-founded Nexus Venture Partners in 2006 (General Partner until 2021) and earlier co-founded Medusind Solutions and eVentures India.
