Investment thesis
CoastCap is an industry-agnostic investment firm that backs founders building best-in-class companies from the prototype/trial stage through growth and pre-IPO deals. Drawing on the team's experience as founders, financial engineers and transaction lawyers, the firm provides guidance on scaling, fundraising and team-building while letting companies remain founder-controlled and avoiding involvement in day-to-day operations.
