She was previously part of the core team at Imarticus Learning, where she led equity and debt fundraising as the business grew from INR 5 Cr to 100 Cr.

Chinmay Marulkar has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and investments. He previously worked at Duff & Phelps, handling debt M&A advisory transactions across sectors, and at Housing.com, where he was involved in strategic acquisitions, fund raising, and investor relations. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Birendra Agarwal is a technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in banking and financial services across the UK, US, and India, covering capital markets, commercial banking, and transaction banking. His work focuses on digital transformation and fintech, and he has held leadership positions at Citibank, Nomura, and Lloyds Banking Group. He studied at the University of Kentucky and IIT-Bombay.

Harsh Mehta is an Associate at BLinC Invest with over four years of experience across startup investment research, investment banking, and operations, working in sectors such as AI, fintech, blockchain, and retail. He holds an MBA from NMIMS and an engineering degree from MIT Manipal, and has passed CFA Level 3.

Lina Ashar has more than 25 years of experience in K12 education and has developed proprietary pedagogical materials informed by education research, which are used in over 120 schools across India. Her recognitions include the Jewels of India Award by ScooNews, the Alumni Excellence Award by the Australian High Commission, and the Lifetime Education Leadership Award by Education World.

Monica Kapadia Mehta has more than 30 years of experience spanning global higher education, edtech, venture capital, and impact investing. She has held leadership positions at Omidyar Network, Kaizenvest, LeapScholar, Wadhwani Foundation, and Emeritus, and at Omidyar she worked on education investments and initiatives across India and South Asia. She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Nikhil Barshikar has more than 20 years of experience spanning start-ups, corporate finance, investment banking, and financial services. He founded Imarticus Learning, an education institution focused on industry-oriented programs, and previously held leadership positions at Nomura and Lehman Brothers. He earned an MBA from Columbia University and London Business School.

Ravindra Pandey spent 37 years at State Bank of India, retiring as Deputy Managing Director and CIO, where he oversaw the bank's global IT and digital transformation and the rollout of the YONO digital banking platform. He has held board positions at Yes Bank, NPCI, and PayU Finance, with expertise across digital banking, payments, credit, compliance, and international banking. He is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow and the University of Allahabad.

Rangan has more than 30 years of experience across investment banking, asset management, insurance, and consumer banking, with leadership roles at Nomura, Lehman Brothers, Prudential, AXA, and AMEX. He served as President and CEO of Nomura India, where he led strategic growth efforts, and has built three financial services institutions. He currently chairs Aptia Group India and holds a degree from Delhi University along with an MDP from London Business School.

Vishal Tulsian has more than 25 years of experience as a financial professional and intrapreneur working with multinational corporations across India, Estonia, Singapore, and Indonesia. He founded Tunaiku, an analytics-based digital lending platform, in 2014, entering the fintech sector early. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Harvard Business School alumnus.

Devansh Gala is an Analyst at BLinC Invest with more than two years of experience in investment banking and early-stage investing. His work covers deal sourcing, market mapping, and portfolio support, and he has previously worked with investment banking firms and helped startups raise capital. He is a graduate of the University of Mumbai and a certified FRM.

Reshma Krishnan has more than 20 years of experience in transaction advisory and entrepreneurship, working on buy-side and sell-side cross-border M&A and private equity syndication across multiple sectors. She previously worked with Avendus and has experience in growth-stage dealmaking. She holds an MBA from ISB Hyderabad, is an alumna of Oxford Brookes University in the UK, and is a published author.
