Modus Capital applies a three-pillar model of operational, institutional, and financial capital to build and back businesses. Its venture-building arm helps founders accelerate early ideas and MVPs into de-risked, high-value companies with operational and financial support. It runs an early to mid-stage VC fund in MENA that funds both Modus-built companies and external direct investments, and a sector-agnostic Africa fund focused primarily on Seed+ startups, especially where AI and blockchain application growth is strongest.
