Pedro Sirotsky Melzer is a venture capital investor who has been active in the industry since 2010 and has invested in more than 50 companies, including iFood, Infracommerce, and Contabilizei. He is a founding partner at Igah Ventures, which was acquired by Patria Investments in 2022, where he now serves as partner and head of the venture capital initiative. Prior to his venture capital career, he worked as Global Revenue Manager at Apple Online Store during the iPhone launch and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Thiago Maluf is a Managing Director at Patria Investments, where he joined following the 2022 acquisition of Igah Ventures, a Brazilian venture capital firm where he was a partner. Since 2017, he has invested in over 15 Latin American companies across multiple growth stages, including early-stage investments in Avenue Securities, Conexa Saúde, and Logcomex, while serving on more than 10 boards. He previously worked in private equity at TPG Capital, TPG Growth, and other investment firms, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.B.A. from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Gregory Oberholtzer is CIO and Senior Managing Partner at WP Global Partners, with more than 30 years of investment advisory experience centered on alternative asset management and financial product structuring for institutional clients. Before WP Global he was a Director at WestAM, handling small and middle market buyouts, special situations, and co-investments, and previously held senior roles at Forstmann-Leff International's Global Derivatives Group and Jefferies Group's Analytical Trading Group. He holds a B.B.A. from George Washington University.

Johnny Perkins joined WP Global Partners in 2025 as an analyst, working on investment diligence, portfolio monitoring, and the investment process for equity co-investments and private equity funds. He previously interned in the private investments group at Moore Capital Management during the summer of 2024. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Computer Science from Wake Forest University.
