Andrea Echberg is a Partner and Global Head of Pantheon's Infrastructure Team, overseeing primary, secondary, and co-investments globally. She brings over two decades of infrastructure finance and investment experience from roles at Société Générale, Macquarie Capital, and ABN AMRO, where she led teams focused on both operating and greenfield assets. She holds a BEng in mechanical engineering from Imperial College.

Arnab is a Partner and Chief Information Officer at Pantheon. He previously spent 16 years at BlackRock, where he held the position of Chief Digital Officer for BlackRock Private Markets. He holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

Brett Perryman is a Partner and Global Head of Marketing and Communications at Pantheon Ventures. Previously, she held the position of Head of External Relations at FCLTGlobal, a non-profit research organization, and served as Head of Corporate Communications at BrightSphere Investment Group, a Boston-based global asset management company. She holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and a joint JD/MPP from Duke University.

Brian Buenneke is a Partner at Pantheon Ventures overseeing the U.S. primary investment team. He previously spent seven years across HarbourVest Partners, Duke Street Capital, and Paul Capital Partners, and began his career as a financial analyst in Lehman Brothers' Investment Banking Division. He holds an AB in government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Brian Lim is a Partner and Head of the Asia and Emerging Markets Investment teams at Pantheon Ventures, and serves on Pantheon's International Investment Committee. Prior to joining Pantheon, he held the role of Portfolio Director at CDC Group, where he oversaw development of their Asia and Emerging Markets portfolio, and previously worked at Watson Wyatt. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Actuarial Science from City University of London, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Dinesh Ramasamy is a Partner at Pantheon Ventures focused on infrastructure and real assets investments in the U.S. He previously held a Vice President position in Goldman Sachs' Global Natural Resources group, where he worked on M&A and capital markets transactions in the infrastructure, power and utilities sectors. He also has investment banking experience at RBC, and holds degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU Stern.

Eimear Palmer is a Partner and Global Head of Sustainability at Pantheon Ventures, leading the firm's sustainability strategy and initiatives. She previously spent 14 years in private equity ESG roles, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Responsible Investment at Intermediate Capital Group, and earlier at The Carlyle Group where she developed ESG frameworks for Carlyle Europe Partners. She co-founded the UK network of Initiative Climat International, an investor-led platform for climate action in private markets.

Evan Corley is a Partner on Pantheon's Global Infrastructure and Real Assets Investment Team. He previously worked at Polaris Venture Partners in Boston and at JP Morgan in London. He holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from Boston University's School of Management.

Florence Dard is a Partner and Chief Client Officer at Pantheon, where she leads global client strategy across institutional and private wealth channels and oversees business development and distribution. She has over 25 years of experience in capital raising and investor relations, previously serving as Global Head of Client Group Alts and a Management Board member at AXA Investment Managers, and holding senior roles at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. She holds an MBA in International Business from the City University of New York and a BA in Business Management from Université Paris Dauphine.

Graeme Keenan is a Partner at Pantheon Ventures and the firm's Chief Risk Officer, overseeing global risk management and leading the Performance Analytics function. Previously, he served as Global Head of Operations, managing client financial reporting, transaction processing, and data maintenance across Pantheon's systems. He holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.

Iain Jones is a Partner at Pantheon Ventures leading the US Institutional Client Solutions Team, with responsibility for relationship management and business development across North America. Previously, he managed client services and fundraising operations in the UK, Asia, and Australia from Pantheon's London office. Before joining Pantheon, he worked in infrastructure research at Preqin and holds a BSc in economics from the University of Bristol.

Jeff Miller is Pantheon's Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Private Equity, and serves on the firm's Global Partnership Board and International Investment Committee. He was previously a Principal at Allied Capital, where he evaluated and executed private equity and mezzanine investments, and earlier a Vice President in Lehman Brothers' investment banking division. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in economics and mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Jérôme Duthu-Bengtzon is a Partner at Pantheon Ventures focused on infrastructure and real assets transactions in Europe. He previously worked at Global Private Equity, a Paris-based placement agent, for over three years. He holds an MSc in telecommunications from ESIGELEC engineering school and a Master in Business from ESCP-EAP European School of Management.

John Greenwood is a Partner in Pantheon's US Client Solutions Team focused on client services and business development. He brings over 24 years of private equity experience, having previously founded and served as Managing Director of TD Capital Private Equity Investors, Canada's leading fund of funds. His career also includes direct investment roles and venture capital experience at Citibank Canada.

John Morgan is Partner and General Counsel at Pantheon, overseeing the firm's Legal and Compliance teams globally. He joined Pantheon in 2005 after working as an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton in the US and Linklaters in the UK. He holds a Law degree from Birmingham University.

Kevin is a Partner on Pantheon Ventures' Global Secondaries Investment Team. He previously held roles at Morgan Stanley in strategy and execution, Pacific Corporate Group as a private equity analyst, and Deutsche Bank Alex Brown in investment banking focused on consumer sectors. He holds a finance degree from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Leif Lindbäck is a Partner on Pantheon Ventures' Global Secondaries Team, focusing on originating and executing GP-led secondary investments and contributing across the broader Private Equity secondaries platform. He previously served as Co-Head of TMT Europe at CVC and held senior investment roles at Blackstone and Charterhouse. He holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP-EAP Paris.

Marc Melia is Partner and Head of Legal at Pantheon Ventures. He previously worked in the Corporate (Investment Funds) team at Paul Hastings' London office. He holds a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University and an LLB from Nottingham Law School, and is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

Matthew Cashion is a Partner in Pantheon's Global Co-investment Team, responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring co-investments in the U.S. Previously, he was a Managing Principal at GoldPoint Partners leading the firm's co-investment business and evaluating private equity and private credit transactions across North America and Europe. He began his career as an Analyst in New York Life's Private Finance Group, focusing on bank loans and private high-yield investments.

Michael Hutten is a Partner and Head of US Private Wealth at Pantheon Ventures, responsible for implementing strategic initiatives for the firm's private investment strategies within the private wealth channel. With over 25 years of experience in alternative asset management, he has held senior management and distribution roles at multiple firms. He holds a B.S. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.

Mushak Lifshitz is a Partner and Head of Europe and Israel at Pantheon Ventures' EMEA Client Solutions Team. Previously, he managed the private equity portfolio at Amitim, a group of senior Israeli pension funds, and spent five years at Itzhak Swary financial consulting firm where he became a Chartered Accountant. He holds a BA in Accounting, an LLB in Law, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Paul Barr is a Partner in Pantheon's Global Infrastructure and Real Assets Investment Team. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President for Infrastructure at GIC from 2012, managing primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities across global markets. He holds a Business degree from the University of Edinburgh and professional certifications including the CFA charter, chartered accountancy, and Securities Institute membership.

Petra is a partner on Pantheon Ventures' Global Secondaries Team, where she analyzes and completes secondary transactions. She previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers on M&A and corporate finance work. She holds an MS in Finance from the University of Utah and is a CFA Charterholder.

Rick Jain is a Partner and Global Head of Private Credit at Pantheon, where he has built and scaled the firm's private credit strategy since 2019 into one of the largest secondary solutions capital providers for private credit fund managers globally. He brings substantial experience in direct credit investing across multiple strategies including direct lending, special situations, distressed assets, and specialty finance. Prior to Pantheon, he held senior roles at Stone Tower Capital, Green Brook Capital, Star Mountain Capital, and Citigroup Alternative Investments, and began his career in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley.

Scott Hong is Head of South Korea in Pantheon's Client Solutions Team. He previously held positions in business development and investor relations at Capital Dynamics, and served as an investment manager at Dominus Investment, a Seoul-based private equity firm. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a CFA and FRM charterholder.

Victor Mayer is a Partner at Pantheon Ventures leading the firm's international private wealth team. Previously, he worked as a Director at HSBC Alternatives Ltd on primary fund investments, secondaries, and co-investments across private equity, private credit, and impact strategies. He began his career in transaction services at Deloitte in Luxembourg and spent three years at Access Capital Partners in Paris.

Dean Maines is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Pantheon Ventures. He previously held roles at Affiliated Managers Group (AMG), including Chief Accounting Officer and, most recently, Internal Auditor and Head of Risk Management, and before that was a Partner in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston College.
