Kim Davis co-founded Charlesbank Capital Partners in 1998, having previously served as a Managing Director of the firm's predecessor, Harvard Private Capital Group, which he joined in 1997. Earlier in his career he was a General Partner at Kohlberg & Co. He holds a BA in History from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Michael Choe oversees the management of Charlesbank Capital Partners and co-leads its private equity investment strategy, remaining active in investments in the Business & Consumer Services sector.
