Kim Davis co-founded Charlesbank Capital Partners in 1998, having previously served as a Managing Director of the firm's predecessor, Harvard Private Capital Group, which he joined in 1997. Earlier in his career he was a General Partner at Kohlberg & Co. He holds a BA in History from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Michael Choe oversees the management of Charlesbank Capital Partners and co-leads its private equity investment strategy, remaining active in investments in the Business & Consumer Services sector. He started his career at McKinsey & Co. working on corporate strategy before joining Harvard Private Capital Group, the predecessor to Charlesbank, in 1997. He holds a BA from Harvard University.

Michael Eisenson co-founded Charlesbank Capital Partners in 1998, serving as CEO from 1998 to 2017 and Co-Chair from 2017 to 2022. Catherine Farrow is Managing Director and Head of Human Capital at Charlesbank Capital Partners, overseeing recruiting, professional development, learning, and culture. Lauren Desrosiers co-leads Charlesbank's buyout fundraising and works on the firm's capital formation strategy and relationships with institutional limited partners across Europe, Latin America and Australia. She joined Charlesbank in 2020 from PwC, where she had worked since college on financial services engagements focused on private equity clients. She holds a BS in Accountancy and an MS in Financial Planning from Bentley University and is a CPA.

Michael Galardi is a Principal at Charlesbank Capital Partners who works on credit investments.
