Kelvin Sun is a Principal in WI Harper Group's Taipei office with over 18 years of investment and industry experience spanning semiconductors, mobile platforms, telecom, and enterprise IT consulting. He focuses on Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) investments across the US and Asia, with interests in AI, AR/VR, robotics, blockchain, and IoT. Before WI Harper, he led global business development and technical marketing for cloud-based companies and worked on early 3G and 4G device development at Ericsson. He holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Phoebe Wang is a Partner at WI Harper Group in the firm's Beijing office, focusing on advanced technology and new energy investments. Before joining WI Harper, she worked as a manager at Kingsoft Co., Ltd., where she handled product, marketing, online games, growth strategy, and game publishing. She holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and a B.E. from Dalian Maritime University.

Sean Peng is a Senior Partner in WI Harper Group's Taipei office, with over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, direct investment, and fund management across Greater China. He focuses on operations, portfolio management, and investments in Taiwan and Beijing. Before WI Harper, he was a Managing Director at H&Q Asia Pacific and a Senior Vice President at Fortune Venture Investment Group, and earlier spent seven years at LSI Logic Corporation. He holds an EMBA from Peking University, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Wilson Wu is Managing Partner at WI Harper Group, an early-stage venture capital firm. Before joining the firm, he held cybersecurity roles supporting government entities and clients across various industries, and he has over a decade of investment experience across early- and late-stage transactions. Winnie Hsu is a Partner in WI Harper Group's Taipei office with over 16 years of experience in venture capital. She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Adelaide in Australia.

Earl Yu is a Principal at WI Harper Group, where he focuses on investments in medical management and technology across robotics, industrial manufacturing, big data, enterprise services, and artificial intelligence. Before joining the firm, he spent seven years at China Unicom in technology, marketing, and management roles, and led the completion of Beijing's first Ethernet passive optical network. Earlier, she was an equity analyst at Yuanta Securities covering healthcare and finance, and later joined Diamond BioFund, a healthcare-focused fund, where she focused on new drug development and pharmaceutical investments. He has originated over $300 million in venture debt financing for more than 200 companies, made direct investments in over 40 technology startups and 25 venture capital funds, and maintains an extensive network of venture capital firms, limited partners, entrepreneurs, and service providers across the Pacific.

Alex Cheng is an analyst at WI Harper Group, where he works on sourcing, due diligence, new investments, and management of the firm's digital media presence. As a generalist investor, he leans toward semiconductors and artificial intelligence in the US. Before joining the firm, he worked as a user interface designer and later product lead at a B2B e-commerce startup that was acquired, and he holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the California Institute of the Arts.

Yigong Wang is Chief Operating Officer of WI Harper's Beijing office, overseeing daily operations. Before joining the firm, he spent 19 years at China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (COSCO) in roles including Deputy Director of the R&D Center, Deputy General Manager of the Ship-building & Trading Department, and Director of the Technology Center, and earlier worked in ocean engineering and naval architecture at Tianjin University. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University in the UK and a master's in engineering from Tianjin University.

Emily Guo is an Associate at WI Harper, where she focuses on TMT investment opportunities across robotics, IoT, media, and lifestyle. She previously worked as an investment professional at AGIC Capital, an Asian-European cross-border private equity firm focused on industrial technology, and interned at The Boston Consulting Group. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Digital Animation from the University of Southern California.

Louie Lu is an Associate at WI Harper Group in the Taipei office, focusing on new material technology and industrial technology investments across the US and APAC.
