Adam Garson is a Partner on Apax's Tech team, which he joined in 2021 and is based in New York. Before Apax, he was a private equity investor in Goldman Sachs' Merchant Banking Division focused on TMT buyouts, and earlier an associate in Goldman Sachs' TMT Investment Banking Group. He previously taught middle school in Philadelphia through Teach for America and worked on its staff. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.

Anders Meyerhoff is a Partner in Apax's Services team, which he joined in 2012. Before Apax, he worked at Oak Hill Capital Management in New York and San Francisco, focusing on healthcare investments, and earlier at Bank of America's Leveraged Finance Group. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and BAs in Economics and German from Stanford University.

Andrew Waidhofer is a Partner in the Services team at Apax, which he joined in 2014, and is based in London. Before Apax, he worked in the Financial Sponsors Group at HSBC, advising private equity clients on M&A, ECM, and Leveraged Finance transactions. He holds a Masters in Pharmacy from the University of Nottingham.

David Su is Managing Partner of Apax Global Impact, the impact investing division of Apax, where he oversees strategy, origination, execution, and portfolio management of investments targeting social and environmental outcomes. He brings over 20 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions, including a prior role as Partner at Norwest Venture Partners, where he invested in software and internet companies.

Andy Zhang is a Principal on the Internet/Consumer team at Apax, which he joined in 2019 and where he is based in New York. Before Apax, he worked in Morgan Stanley's Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York and Hong Kong on M&A transactions across various sectors. He holds a BA in Financial Economics from Columbia University.

Aaradhya Daga is an Associate who joined Apax in 2025 and is based in Mumbai, India. He previously worked on Technology and Consumer transactions with Avendus Capital's Investment Banking team in Mumbai, and before that was part of Deutsche Bank's Fixed Income Structuring and Healthcare Investment Banking teams. He holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Agostino Winckler is a Vice President on the Internet/Consumer team, having joined the firm in 2021. He previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and holds a BA from Oxford University.

Akbar Muminov is an Investor Relations Analyst on the Product Specialist team at Apax, which he joined in 2026. He previously worked as an Investment Analyst at Lane Clark & Peacock, advising UK pension scheme clients on investment strategy, asset allocation and manager oversight across public and private markets. He holds an MA (Hons) in Economics with Finance from the University of Edinburgh and is a CFA charterholder.

Alexa Ehrlich is Vice President of Development at Apax Global Impact, having joined Apax in 2020. Before Apax, she worked as a project manager at Blue Heron Research Partners, managing investment due diligence projects for institutional investors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University.

Amandeep Kaur is a Vice President who joined Apax in 2021 and is based in Mumbai. Before Apax, she worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group's India office, advising clients on strategic transformations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Andrei Shakolin is an Associate on the Internet/Consumer team at Apax, which he joined in 2026. Before Apax, he worked in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Goldman Sachs in London, advising on M&A and financing transactions. He holds an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BA in Finance from the University of Manchester.

Angie Siguenza is an Associate in the Operational Excellence Practice at Apax, which she joined in 2022. She is based in New York and holds a BBA in Business Analytics from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.

Lara Markham is an Investment Analyst at TechVision Fonds (TVF), a venture capital firm. She has a background in data analytics and machine learning, along with experience as a startup operator.
