Kelly Holman co-founded Genesys Capital in 2000 and serves as Managing Director, bringing commercial and technical experience in biotechnology. He has helped raise over $400 million in venture capital and deploy it across 41 investments. Before Genesys, he was a Senior Investment Manager at MDS Capital Corporation and previously worked in Dr. Peter St George-Hyslop's laboratory at the University of Toronto on Alzheimer's disease genetics research. He holds an honours BSc in Biochemistry and an MBA from Queen's University.

Jamie Stiff joined Genesys Capital in 2002 and became Partner in 2007, leading investments in early-stage life sciences companies and serving on numerous portfolio company boards. He previously worked in genetic diagnostics at the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute and holds a BSc from Queen's University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.

Jennifer Williams joined Genesys Capital in 2002 as CFO, where she works with the team on fundraising and LP relations and oversees finance and operations, including governance, legal, reporting, and human resources. She serves as a board member for the CVCA, sits on its DEI Committee, and is Vice Chair of the CFO Network. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Queen's University.

Pooja Goel leverages hands-on operating leadership—running national business development at Landmark Health and leading DaVita's international expansion—to invest in healthcare services and serve on boards of tech-enabled health companies.

Dr. Farr joined Genesys Capital in 2020 as an Associate after eight years in laboratory research; she focuses on sourcing and diligence for biotech and medtech investments and serves on several portfolio company boards. She previously worked in business development at the Hospital for Sick Children and holds a PhD from the University of Toronto.

Christine Thoburn is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Genesys Capital, where her responsibilities include office operations management. Her background includes team leadership and talent management, coaching and training, project management, and process improvement.

Lisa Low joined Genesys Capital in 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in finance, administration and operations within the investment fund space. A Chartered Professional Accountant with a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo, she also consults to investment management firms and serves as head of finance for Sankoya Technologies.
